Ms. Leann was an absolute pleasure assisting me over the phone for my unit. She was thorough, explained the features clearly, and did phenomenal at troubleshooting some technical issues that occurred with electronic signature. The units are new, secure, and tidy. The prices are great and better than those around. I really appreciate and enjoy this business.

Just rented a small unit about a week before this review. Opening the account was pretty easy and the staff seem nice. I paid several months of rent at once so not sure how easy or cumbersome the billing process will be. Facility is clean and easy to navigate.

This is an awesome facility. I have had my belongings stored there for almost a year now. Always clean with easy access. Everyone has been very accommodating and very friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the facility. My check and payment kept crisscrossing and they changed the date when I asked without hesitation. The restrooms are a great plus after rummaging around in my unit. Thanks for all you do.

This facility is clean and very nice. The ladies at the front are very welcoming and wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful. They have a bathroom and water available too. Perfect for a long day of moving. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

The girls in the office are awesome. I have had storage units before, but for the size, and the fact that it is Climate controlled the prices are perfect. I've seen other places that are not Climate controlled and the prices are way higher. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

This place has GOT to be the best around. The prices with the insurance are STILL cheaper than other places, it's Climate controlled, has elevators, and they have moving carts for you to use.

I moved from Georgia to Summerville and have never had to rent a storage unit. The first time I called Sigma, Sherri was so nice and very clear on the terms and pricing. When I arrived to complete the paperwork, Emily was wonderful and walked me through everything. I instantly knew I had found the perfect place to store my belongings. I would recommend Sigma to anyone looking for a super clean and secure location to store your stuff and a staff that cares about what you need. I've been a user of this self-storage location for perhaps a year now. I cannot think of any shortcomings of this property. Convenience of location is of course a function of one's own proximity. Obviously for me it works. The dollies are plentiful. The spaces themselves are neatly maintained prior to use. The building itself is well-maintained, and even restrooms are normally well-stocked, clean and fit for a king to preside on his throne. I cannot address the prices because the location is so convenient to me that the price would have to be dramatically lower to make a difference. The prices seem competitive to this guy anyway.

The ladies who serve the users are super-friendly , helpful, and knowledgeable. They are probably the best feature of this business.

The only drawback here is the security and access scheme. This being an indoor climate-controlled storage center, access to the interior is controlled. Control is achieved by requiring users to enter a multiple digit numerical code to open the exterior doors. The codes, however, are formulaic based upon a certain aspect of your unit. That is not good at all, as it lends itself to easily predicting the codes for potentially all users to gain entry into the building. Thus, it does no good even to request a randomized code personally unless all users are forced to do so as well. Of course, individual users are responsible for the locks placed upon their units inside the building.

To be fair, the entry code is a low bar to hurdle anyway, since a would-be thief could just piggyback his entry behind another user focusing on moving his or her goods in or out of the facility. The doors stay open for a matter of seconds after you open them, which is perfectly reasonable when you're pushing furniture in or out, for example. So one could say maybe the codes don't matter that much anyway.

In hours when users aren't typically present, though, and a thief would be virtually alone to break locks to enter units, randomized codes for all users would make a significant difference indeed. Every former user, or anyone with knowledge of the code scheme would need merely hit upon a code for a space in use to enter. I'm unaware if there is a limit to code attempts, but I cannot imagine it would lock anyone out or even delay entry by some period after x number of code attempts because that would obstruct authorized users immediately behind anyone unauthorized

It is not lost upon this reviewer, however, that randomized access codes would undoubtedly result in users losing or forgetting codes which then creates a service issue for those users before and after office hours. The computer industry has nevertheless taught us all that security and convenience are a choice you have to make; rarely may you have both. I prefer the choice for security and that may or may not be the preference of my fellow users. Another countervailing aspect of this location is that the neighborhood is relatively affluent and to my knowledge, quite safe. If I dropped a wallet in this area I would not be surprised at all would it be returned. Therefore, I have no current concern of the security of my possessions.

This code scheme solitary concern aside, I would recommend highly this business for your consideration.

It was very easy to rent Sigma's unit online. Absolute Management also oversees another storage location in Georgia that I rent from. Their seevice is very helpful and friendly, so I'm confident that I will receive the same at Sigma. They are very clean, and you can't beat climate control! Thank you for the secured service!

After frustration with another storage facility, I decided to check out Sigma Storage. I was greeted my Emily who was so helpful and met all my expectations and beyond. I highly recommend this storage unit as they are brand new and very clean. No hidden fees or special lock that cost you $24 like other facilities. Great experience!
