Had a great experience today at the photo department; Mrs. Glenda was the best assistant available and she was professional and helpful as well as proficient with multitasking. So if you go to Walgreens to print pictures make sure to press the assist now button then ask for Mrs. Glenda.

Great pharmacy & store. Everyone is always friendly, they are consistently quick, & they communicate any issues with your Rx immediately in regards to insurance, stock, etc.

The pharmacy hold experience makes a person want to commit war crimes. It plays the same tone over and over again in a short 5 second loop. Each loop is broken briefly by an automated message telling you to please hold and that pharmacy staff will be with you shortly.

Every single time, when the automated message plays it sounds like someone is picking up the phone. And every single time you lose a little sanity.

Not the wait music you get when you first call in. But the wait when you're put on hold by staff

We came here because it was the closest 24 hr pharmacy and my grandpa is in home hospice, so we needed his medication immediately. We waited 30 mins for the pharmacist to get the lorazepam prescription to be authorized with the insurance, and since he is probably not going to make it through the night, I asked how much it would cost to do it without going through insurance. It was around $55. I asked if there was a good RX coupon or something like that (since I’ve had pharmacists automatically apply those for me at other pharmacies when I’ve not used insurance, like when I’ve gotten meds for my pets) and she was VERY snippy about how I’d need to look that up myself and if I was going to, I needed to make sure I was ACTUALLY looking at the oral medication, not the IV. Then we had to wait for her to explain the situation to whoever she was on hold with.

If you’re not gonna be helpful, at least don’t be a jerk about it. I assure you I’d rather spend $55 than wait another hour twiddling my thumbs while my grandpa dies.
And he did die less than 2 hours later, so that was time I could’ve spent with him.

They use DoorDash to deliver prescription meds. My order was canceled AFTER going out for delivery, and it was never delivered. Maybe the driver needed some free allergy meds?

When trying to call, I have to navigate voice menus, then it goes to a call center. After sitting on hold for a few minutes, I explained the situation to someone, THEN they transfer me to this local pharmacy.

After sitting on hold for more than 60 minutes, they just disconnect the call with no answer.

I have repeated this process 3 times so far, and will continue to do so until I get an answer, or until I head up there after work.

I'll probably still be on hold by the time I get there.

Called to see if medicine was in stock.. I was told we would need to bring the prescription in... we didn't receive a paper prescription so we cannot bring it in. Also, waited for 20 mins to ask this question and the system hung up on me after waiting 20 mins to speak with someone.. I'd avoid this store if you can! Very inefficient and awful customer service.

Store is under staffed and often closed early. Recommend you use CVS instead, I will be.

Was on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone. They put me on hold and back into rotation. I was on hold for an HOUR! A whole hour before I was able to speak with someone again. Those hold times are completely unreasonable. Hire more people and stop being so inconsiderate to your customers Walgreens. I’ll be moving my prescriptions over to CVS or even Walmart. Thank you, NEXT.

So they never email me my test result and when you try to call them they put you on hold for over an hour just to hang up. I been trying to get my test result for over 3 hours and Walgreens if you dont believe me, just look at your call logs and how long I been on hold......btw writing this review AS IM STILL ON HOLD!!!

My 2nd lousy review for this Walgreens. This location is extremely overwhelmed and overloaded. Yesterday at 5pm there were 13 people in line inside and 7 cars in the drive-thru. We are switching to another pharmacy as our primary.
