This pharmacy stands out for its efficiency and professionalism, even when handling challenging and high-volume tasks. Remarkably, they consistently source hard-to-obtain medications, showcasing their dedication and strong industry connections. The staff's respectful and courteous demeanor towards my family and me is always appreciated, reflecting their commitment to exceptional customer service. Despite the busy environment, they maintain an organized workflow, ensuring minimal wait times and strong attention to detail. Additionally, their role in providing accessible vaccines is commendable, emphasizing their contribution to public health. I believe that this pharmacy deserves high praise for balancing quality care with a high volume of work. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable and professional pharmacy services.

Long lines no matter the time of day or night. There's usually one or two people waiting on customers. Often one of these will finish waiting on a customer, then just walk away and start doing another task. Also, the pharmacy often does not have your medicine in stock. And this doesnt only happen with rare, specialty medications, but with common prescriptions, such as basic antibiotics. When they don't have your medication on hand, they divert you to a "nearby" Giant Eagle usually 5 to 8 miles away.

This location, in my opinion, is terrible. I moved to the area in December and have been trying to pick up my medication here since then. They never fail to disappoint. When I call them, I consistently wait an average of 10 minutes on hold until I reach a person, this has never been the case with previous pharmacies. I’ve been on medication most of my life and unfortunately know how a pharmacy usually works on the customer end. This place is not somewhere you want to go.

A worker gave me the incorrect prescription and proceeded to tell me that “usually people know what they’re picking up”. Totally agree. Atleast the pharmacist returned the incorrect prescription.

These past 2 weeks of trying to get 2 prescriptions has been ultimately the worst of it. The first medication was prescribed and declined by the pharmacy because of a “system error”. I called to check on it, had to call my doctor and they resent the prescription. Today the worker told me they never received it. She did however ask me to call my doctor and have them send it again, for the third time. The second prescription, after using for a minimum of 3 years, was now apparently not covered by my insurance. After calling my insurance company, they told me it was covered, the brand name needed prior authorization from the prescribing doctor but the generic did not. Either way both brands are covered under my insurance policy. I managed to pick up the generic medication today, and was told again the brand name wasn’t covered by my insurance.

The pharmacists I’ve interacted with have always been very helpful. The people helping customers are the bad workers. While I was there today, an elderly woman was trying to pick up her medication next to me. She was complaining about the system error that caused her not to get her meds. She asked if she needed to go to another pharmacy and the worker told her about the deals you get by going to GE.

I feel bad I didn’t interrupt her conversation to tell her to go to a different pharmacy.

Do not answer phone calls. You MUST drive there to see if a prescription was even called in. Big waste of time I recommend CVS.

Absolutely refuse to answer the phone... needed this prescription, now on four days.

Quite possibly the rudest pharmacists and person that I ever dealt was with on my most recent and last visit.

The staff always seems overwhelmed and service is very slow.

The worst place to take the COVID test.
