Went there just out of curiosity (as Germans 😉) and had a good time, the employees were nice and helpful. The refrigerators were hella crazy ones - we loved the Samsung refrigerator with the huge screen! - and we got some nice wired headphones for our son who he used with a lot of pleasure at the flight back to Germany.

Bought a TV through the Samsung app. Was conveniently able to pick it up at Best buy near me. Staff was very friendly when I got there and made it a quick seamless transaction. What's not to love.

Been a spell since I have been in a Best Buy. It's much more open that it was amd though there seems to be limited staff l, they are helpful and try to service you as fast as they can.

The Best Buy store in Bethel Park across Alicia Drive from Giant Eagle is my go-to place for anything electronic. I had the good fortune today of being helped by Emily, who found a watchband for my Apple Watch in a few seconds, installed it on my watch, and handled the cash register as well.
All of the staff in this giant emporium of Most Things Electronic (including kitchen appliances) are well-trained, helpful, and amiable.
I purchased in months past my Apple Watch 4, my gimbal device for photography, and then my watchband here.
The thing I am always impressed by is the professionalism of the crew here. Well worth the visit.

Went there looking for drones for a gift. Wide range to select from, anything from novice to FAA registry required drones. Tons of video and computer games. And a computer repair section on site helps fix glitches, crashes, blue screens, data recovery etc. Will be back.

Very good service and they answered our questions about the apple Mani for computer services to lessen the space in a house. Very good prices highly recommend.

Special financing good prices and helpful staff. I bought an item and a couple weeks later the price changed and they refunded the difference.

We went to exchange a headset as one of them was not working. Didn't have the same color but we did find one we liked.
In the process, my son in law had a question about his gaming computer. (He tried asking another locations advice but they were not as knowledgeable as this location).
He was given advice and we purchased the items we needed. To our amazement, it worked.

Evan helped me select a laptop fitting all my specs. Before buying it he selected a cable to see if it fit my new curved screen. I bought it saying I'd be back Mon after trying the cable at home. This was on Saturday. He said "fine", I could return the cable if I did"t need it when I come back to buy the chosen laptop. Returning on Mon, I saw many of their prices had increased. The one I had selected on Sat. had increased 33% to $999.99 and what I'd have to pay because the price tag read ( in 1/4 inch print) "prices good thru" that Sunday. Don't you think the salesperson would have mentioned, the price increase just once in the 10-15 min he worked with me 48 hrs earlier? BEST BUY not even a FAIR BUY!

Purchased a Blue Ray player. They had a good selection of different models from low to high end. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I have yet to go there and not find what I was looking for. Bought a new Samsung washer and dryer and they delivered them on time and they wore booties on their shoes plus took away all of the packaging.
