Nice people very busy too

Most of my frequent visits are pleasant and I find what I need. I appreciate the convenience of buying basics in a less crowded store and helpful employees when I have questions.

Decent store with a little bit of everything. The employees are very helpful, and seem to try their best, although the pharmacy has quite a large customer base for the size of their store!

Long wait, but pleasant people

Called today to have a prescription filled and the lady on the phone couldn't have more unhappy! Seriously, if you are answering the phone, put a little enthusiasm in it... seriously! I hope Kinney's updates their app so your regular prescriptions stay on the app... like Shaw's does!

This pharmacy is a joke! I was told to do the bubble packs because it would be easier. It most certainly was not! You can’t get ahold of anyone, the people who make the bubble packs close early (was not told) after they close no one else can help you, if they can’t get one med they can’t fill any meds…the list goes on. This, coupled with many other issues I has mad for an awful experience and left me wanting to switch but didn’t want to deal with the switching of pharmacies on all paperwork/doctors office and prescriber! However it’s far easier to switch then to deal with the lack of professionalism at this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and switch now.

I got $20 cash back. When I asked if I could get change for the $20 the cashier started yelling at me.

This is the worst pharmacy on the face of the earth. It takes them 6+ hours from receiving a prescription to getting it filled. Today we called ahead to confirm they would have it ready for pickup and when I got there they said it was “stuck in insurance limbo” which she somehow fixed with one click of the mouse. Last time the neglected to tell us they only filled half of my daughters antibiotics, which we didn’t find out until we got an automated call two weeks later. It’s not only bad service, it’s dangerous!

You need to update your hours. I was just denied because your closing hours are now 3pm and not 4 for the pharmacy. I just had surgery and now I have to suffer tonight. You need to gain some compassion for people. All avoid this place at all costs.

I just witnessed the pharmacist publicly shame a customer for some sort of miscommunication. He was trying to understand something about a script and she waived her hand in his face and yelled so the whole store could hear her how she didn't have time to argue and she wasn't wrong about something. He was calm and visibly shaken. She was so rude and unempathetic. I've never seen a pharmacist do something so blatantly unprofessional. Why would a medical profession so publicly speak about a patients medications and private concerns?

This is the worst pharmacy in Vermont. You can expect to be treated subhuman. If you have anxiety or depression I strongly suggest to find another place to get your prescription. The staff will make rude comments be generally pushy and treat you as a problem.
