Sushi Yoshi

Absolutely amazing food, beyond delicious sushi. I highly recommend this place to any sushi lovers or anyone looking to try sushi for the first time. The ingredients were extremely fresh. The staff was very pleasant. I will absolutely be going again. Very very impressed.

During my trip to Vermont, I had the pleasure of dining at Sushi Yoshi, and I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience – the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. I ordered the Happy Family dish, and I found everything on my plate to be exceptional – the flavors, textures, and level of spiciness were all spot-on. I also enjoyed a delicious Japanese beer called Sapporo. What more can I say? As someone who truly appreciates great food and a wonderful atmosphere, I can confidently say that I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Vermont. Five stars from me!

Sat out on the back deck and enjoyed our annual Anniversary meal. We've been coming here since it opened in 2014. Same great sushi and beverages. Great staff and service. Relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Sushi Yoshi for 9 of our 17 Anniversary meals 😋

Pork fried rice is Amazing fresh and yummy

Second trip here got done in this time. The food is still amazing staff is super polite and kind. We got a lot of food but boy was it tasty. Our waitress was on point helpful and kind. She made sure we were ok as she also was bartending. Def will be back if we're on that side of the mountain. We loved it and def were happy and full

Worth the price when it comes to the service atmosphere and quality of the food. Multiple visits led to trying multiple dishes. Great variety of types of selections.

Decided to stop in about 1:30pm on a whim back from Bingham Falls. Almost no one there inside. Seated immediately near Sushi chefs. Drinks immediately. Good menu choices. Salads out quickly. Main dishes next. I had the Hunan Trio. Wife had House Fried Rice. Both great and too much for both too eat so we took out and ate for dinner too. Wife is Asian. I spent 20 years in Japan. This was as good as any Asian restaurant we've ever been to. We were here out of town for 2 weeks. Very pleasantly surprised. Gave good tip!! Lady at bar did everything as she attended others as they came in.

We came to Stowe for the weekend and heard the sushi here was incredible. The wait was about 20-30 minutes for two people on a Saturday night, but we were able to sit at the bar right away. The service and food was so great, we came back the next night - it was busier, but we were able to get in at the bar again. Both nights bartenders Abby and Shelby were absolutely slammed, and still gave each person sitting at the bar amazing, friendly, and helpful service. I can't say enough good things about the staff or the food - it is well worth the wait.

The food and service is always wonderful. (Sushi, hibachi, and appetizers are top notch!) My large family has been there multiple times. And even when it's busy there isn't much of a wait. My kids love the atmosphere, and the hibachi table cooks are always so engaging and seem to be happy to be there. Thank you all for always giving us a pleasant experience!!

Went here for my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and service was quick. Our steak was cooked perfectly. Will be back next time I'm in town!

Liked how you could do either hibachi or not. Having sushi was also an extra treat. Loved the fire pit in the front, very inviting!! Really cool bar area as well. All around a great place!!!

If you’re looking for great sushi in Stowe, you should look no further than Sushi Yoshi. This place is excellent! We have been here many times over the years, and nothing we’ve gotten tasted bad! In terms of appetizers, we’ve gotten: Crab Rangoon, Edamame, Pork Gyoza, Miso Soup, Octopus Salad, and Ginger Salad, and in terms of sushi rolls, we’ve gotten pretty much every single roll aside from the more basic rolls (like California, Boston, etc.) - so many are so, so good! Our top favorites are: Seared Salmon Roll, Mika Roll, Mansfield Roll, Tuck ‘n Roll, and Fire Dragon Roll! You CAN’T go wrong with these if you like unique, flavorful sushi. Everything is so fresh and prices are reasonable, especially considering you’re in a pretty high-end vacation town in Vermont. I’m from Florida and just standard sushi restaurants here have prices like this, and Sushi Yoshi is better than most of them! I really enjoy coming here and I know you will too. If you love sushi as much as I do, you’ll love Sushi Yoshi!

I have NEVER had bad service, or quality of food here. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They really do their best to make sure you have an amazing time while getting what you need. Shout out to all the staff, cooks, waitresses. You work so hard and it shows!! Thank you for another great dinner.

We had a wonderful dinner and experience here! We chose to have the hibachi dinner. It was so fun watching the chef perform/cook right in front of you! The food was so fresh and delicious. The staff were all very kind and friendly. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant on your way through Stowe!

Fantastic food, loved the hibachi! First time trying it and it was great. The whole experience was perfect, beginning to end. I can't wait to try it again!!

We sat at the sushi bar for lunch and watched them prepare fresh salmon. One of the sushi chefs suggested we try the limited and fresh fatty tuna belly, which we were quick to follow up on. It was delicious, along with the fatty salmon and the fresh shiso leaves. I would definitely come back here next time I'm in the mood for sushi and happen to be nearby. You should too.

Great atmosphere! The food was absolutely fantastic, Waitstaff was amazing! I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely see myself going back in the future.
