Mt. Lake Pool & Patio

Mike and his team did a full pool renovation for us last year. It was top to bottom. Plumbing, plaster, tile, coping, deck Basically the only thing that remained was the original hole and the pool shape. The first thing we appreciated was the extent to which they were able to stay on a time line. In a period of time when everybody is pushing projects out, they stayed on schedule. Of course with a project that size, there are going to be some speed bumps that are encountered. What we so appreciated was how open Mike was to listen and work through whatever issues we were having. He brings in whatever resources are necessary to fix the issue. Mike is a member of his community and understands the responsibility to treat every community customer in an outstanding manner. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that you can trust your pool renovation to Mt. Lake.

I have used three different local pool companies and all of them I’ve asked to leave my property due to the beyond poor quality of work and professionalism. After finding out about Mt. lake pool and meeting Mike the owner you actually came out to my house himself I will never use another pool company. Mike and the Mt lake service team , customer service team and the Pool technicians who come out to the house at beyond 5 stars! Everytime they have come out I have learned more and more and any question I’ve asked hasn’t gone unanswered by them! Everything with them has been flawless !

Love the personal service you get a Mt. Lake, if you're having issues seek out their help. Jim is great at troubleshooting issues, he'll take the time you need to make it right. The new location is great, plenty of room and easy parking. I can't say enough about the level of service you get at Mt. Lake.

Had a great experience with Mt. Lakes. Called them on Monday, Mike was here on Tuesday to diagnose, said they were very busy, we said "no hurry". On Thursday they called and said they could come on Friday (today). The crew of three arrived at 8am. They were friendly and professional. The problem, a non-functioning skimmer, required digging for access and repair. They were finished by 2pm and left a very neat site. We could not be more pleased with the job.

We had an incredible experience with Mt Lake at both their warehouse sale and in-store for our outdoor pool and patio furniture. Service was exceptional and the team took the time to understand our property and help us decide what was the right fit. We looked at other places but Mt Lake had the best selection and best price by far. Our order came quickly and was delivered to our home right away and in time for the summer season. Overall great experience and I highly recommend.

Nice selection of furniture, but the pool supplies and service area in the back is what earns the rating. Prices are competitive, and they actually know what they are talking about. Theyve helped me troubleshoot chemical issues and their field service was spot-on (JJ in particular).

My wife and I bought a house two years ago with an inground that needed some serious TLC. I have stuck with these guys since I first contacted them. No nonsense direct answers, reasonable pricing and very accommodating where they can be flexible with inventory and scheduling repairs. Top notch group. And my wife loves the patio section of the store. Now she comes with everytime I head to the store. Thank you!

I have been going to mountain lake for 4 years now for my pool supplies. I don't spend a ton of money there but they know who I am remember what I usually need and are always friendly. They do great repair work for pump motors and have decent prices.

Nice and helpful staff. No pressure. Good products. Delivered our hot tub in 6 days when many places have back orders.
