Applebee's Grill + Bar

My husband and I were at your Lansdale Restaurant on Saturday, February 3, 2024. What a very pleasant server we had. Cheryl was always smiling and very helpful in answering our dietary questions regarding the menu. I watched her interacting with the other tables and she continued to have her smile plastered on her face. I loved how she interacted with the older customers as well as the younger children. If I could clone her I would. I don’t know if it’s permitted but I think moving forward, we would request Cheryl as our server because she is the epitome of cheerful, happy human being! Kudos to her!!!

At first I had an awkward experience but Jason Knier made it right. My family ordered the endless wings and they where delicious we tried the buffalo, the Asian Chile,barbecue, garlic very delicious and I feel these are the Best Wings I ever Tasted!

My son and daughter in law took me here for us for mothers day. The service was excellent I wish I remember her name. She was so sweet and kind. These are my favorite here I eat them as a meal.

We had such great service from a waiter the week before, we returned again a week later and were fortunate enough to get him again! He even remembered our conversation from a week prior! Quite impressive! His name we found out is "Jason S." Jason was also very helpful and patient with our order as I have some gut issues, so he was giving me some helpful suggestions after taking the time to find out for me if there was "high fructose corn syrup" in an option for me or not. To top matters off, we left behind our 2Go box, which had 3/4 of our daughter's meal in it. She was going to eat it Sunday during her studies so she wouldn't have to stop to cook. Well Jason S. was AWESOME in addressing the problem for us. I have been around "Customer Service" since 1979 and had my own business for 12 years and I will honestly say, Jason S. is Gold Star at Customer Service! The food is good, prices fair, atmosphere nice ... but it's Customer Service like your Server Jason S. provides, why we came back after one week, and his Customer Service is why we will be back again here! We even bought Gift Cards he told us about at both visits! Thank you Jason S.! ps.you know we're gonna ask if he has an open spot next time we are there! 😉

Cheryl was absolutely amazing with my family tonight for dinner. She was kind, had my young kids laughing and had the patience I wish everybody had at a restaurant. Keep up the great work Cheryl

I visited this location Saturday night and had a great time! My server Taylor was friendly and awesome with my kids! I’ll definitely be requesting her next time!

Our waitress was Cheryl and she was the best waitress I’ve ever had at Applebees! She was attentive, kind, and fast with everything. We will absolutely be back! Thank you

We dined in for dinner at the Applebees in Lansdale on 1/20 and had Joe as our server. He had a great personality, provided good service, brought drink refills without us having to ask - just an all around great guy. Thanks for the good time & good vibes, Joe. You’re an icon. Cheers.

Food is always good here service was good ! Haven’t been here since I was 21 for my first legal drink nice to be back close to my hometown. Ps the Oreo shakes soo good !!!

Me and the family went to Applebee's for one of our kids birthday celebration 🎂 and we couldn't be more happy with the service. The food was on point our server did an outstanding job with checking on us through the whole process 👏🏾

Our visit to our favorite Applebee's was very pleasant as usual. Tonight was a bit brighter with a happy smile and greeting from the host Roman. It's nice to see young adults being so polite.

Again came to Applebee’s with a group of people. Kristen was our server this time and was training Makiera always tending to all the guests getting drinks without being asked. My husband likes his bourbon street chicken a special way and it came out correct. Great job Kristen

Always a blast thanks to Jason! He has to be the best bartender/whatever his title is just all around awesome dude my husband and I always have a great time especially when he is there!

Treasure was amazing. She made our experience so amazing it is my moms birthday dinner and she was so sweet and attentive and her drinks were so amazing. We will def be coming back to see her. Thank you treasure for being such a great waitress keep up the amazing work.

Wow Jason really takes dining to another level! By far the best Applebees i’ve ever been to and it’s all because of Jason. Extremely welcoming and polite. Went to half price apps and ended up being a really great night out. The customer service was impeccable and this is now my favorite Applebees of the ones in the area. Applebees needs more people like Jason. Sensational dining is here people, come and get it.

Got seated right away. Food was great! Our server Jason was great! Really glad we came for dinner tonight.

Breanna was absolutely wonderful and very attentive, she made our long hard day enjoyable with her pleasant personality and wonderful service!!
