On Wednesday morning, it was found that there was no well water and the turn switch was not working. My neighbor recommended Donnelly's, and I contacted them, and the customer service was very kind, knowing that we have kids, Got me an appointment with Mike right away. Mike was very friendly and checked the well pump and electric wire, which was very bad, so Mike recommended a new well water system, contacted his team, gave me the price data and negotiated the discount, thank you very much! It was over from 9:45 am to 4:50 pm on Thursday, and finally finished. Thanks for your hard work, Mike and his assistant.let us have good well water again. Besides, he checked my water heater and rainwater drainage system and there are some problems. If necessary, I will continue to choose Donnelly's. Thank you very much.

We were extremely satisfied with the service provided from Donnelly’s. Start to finish they were extremely professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Our technician Mike Wilson was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and we were very happy with the project he completed for us. This was the first time we used Donnelly’s and we were so impressed with the company and especially Mike that we plan on scheduling additional work in the next month. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family!!

Donnelly’s sent Tom to help us with our washer. It took Tom no time to figure out why we were having minor floods everytime we washed our clothes. He offered two solutions both reasonably priced and after I chose he got right to work. Since our drain pipe had recently been snacked, Tom added a pipe extension to our drain pipe and put a caplet on it where it connects to the washer drain hose. The water will no longer overflow but keep draining until the washer is empty. Tom and I also discussed possible solutions to a different plumbing need. Tom gave me warning signs to look out for and he was able to give me a ball park figure to help me be prepared for the future. It was so nice to be dealing with a personable professional who knows his business, how to listen and accurately describe the problem and offer solution choices. I will definitely ask for Tom again when I need a plumber and I highly recommend Tom and Donnelly’s !!

Derrik Angstadt arrived promptly as scheduled. After reviewing the projects to be completed and the estimated costs, he made great suggestions for additional improvements. He worked efficiently while maintaining attention to workspace cleanliness. He periodically kept me apprised of his progress and the status of remaining work to be completed. Upon completion, we reviewed the work performed and tested the new fixtures. He knowledgeably answered all my questions and he also made suggestions for other considerations moving forward. Overall, Derrik completed the tasks in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I recommend highly.

Nick Lenzi of Donnelly's Plumbing Heating and Cooling in Southeastern Pennsylvania recently replaced my leaking kitchen faucet. In 40 years of calling on Plumbing professionals to help me with repairs, I have never had as excellent and experience or as excellent a professional technician as I had with Nick. He diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, installed the new faucet the same way, and most important had something very rare in my home repair experiences: expert sales and administrative ability. He helped me choose a new faucet within my budget range and mentioned some possible future repairs helpfully and without sales pressure. He handled the payment technology as if that was his main job responsibility rather than the plumbing at which he also excelled. I am very happy with Donnelly's whenever I need their assistance, and I am extremely happy this time! Thank you Donnelly's and thank you Nick, for making what could have been a stressful experience a satisfying one.

All around good experience for the installation of a combi boiler. Sales process was good and they were willing to negotiate which was appreciated. Setup the install two weeks out at the time of sale and they arrived on time today to start the work. It was a full 12 hours to complete and went through the equipment with us following installation. Very professional and at a fair price, definitely can recommend them.

Had a tech come out due to a burned out sump pump. One the company just installed in March 2022. This would be the 3rd time they were out for issues with the pump(s). Bobby the most recent tech, was on time, professional, knowledgeable and discovered an issue with the check valve. An issue that other techs missed when installing this pump. The valve was installed prior to us moving in, but the issue should have been caught when the pump was connected to it last year. Bobby caught the issue right away due to his thorough work. Due to this he was able to install a new pump for us and it is working correctly now. Bobby was honest and felt bad it wasn’t caught before. If you have Bobby as your tech, you should know you will have quality and honest work being done.

The whole team, starting with the lovely Ophelia who answered my frantic call on a 20 degree day that I had no heat, and a child who had just had surgery..
Domingo was first on the scene, and instilled confidence with his knowledge and professionalism. He worked hard, in multiple visits, to get my ancient system rebuilt and functioning.

Donnelly’s plumbing and Mike were awesome. They had a tough job replacing a lot of hard to get to cast pipe. They were honest with the issues, gave great advice, didn’t push anything that wasn’t necessary. They were all profession and did a fantastic job. When they left, everything was cleaned up. Fabulous company!

Nick was very knowledgeable and competent to replace our water heater. He explained what failed and why, and was upfront on the cost. He respected our house and kept it clean. He explained what needed to be shut off and when. Finally, he was pleasant, informative, friendly, and upbeat. We were glad to see him in our house again, and look forward to the next time we need plumbing help.

Plumber was very nice. Explained everything well. Worked hard to figure out the problem. Respectful of the house. Also was surprised they could fit me in so soon. Very efficient and nice on the phone and via text. Very professional.

Domingo was very knowledgeable and did a great job. It was our yearly check up with Donnelly’s. But We weren’t getting heat to one of the areas of our home so we knew there was an issue before he got to the home. He diagnosed the problem and explained what was happening. Our thermostats were very old and was one of the main reasons why we weren’t getting heat. He replaced all three and in a timely matter. He also explained thoroughly what maintenance for the boiler we can expect in the next few years. At least we can prepare. Domingo is a hard worker and would recommend him to do more work on our hose in the future if needed.

Our whole experience with Donnelly's was spectacular. We really appreciated the honesty and clarity throughout the whole process. When they came out for a quote we felt like all of our questions were answered and their proposal gave us exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price. We felt comfortable moving forward because of the professionalism of the Donnellys techs- simply put, we trusted them. The instal day went smoothly and, again, all of our questions were answered about our new AC system. We will be using Donnellys from now on for all of our home needs!!

Delighted with the entire experience (first time) with Donnelly's. I had a really unresponsive tub clog. I completed the online form and called in the morning and first thing got a call back and a text. I got a call from the specialist to ensure I was at the house and the time frame still good. Joseph G. my Specialist, was prompt, cordial, and orderly. Joseph was thorough in his analysis and effort. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He delivered the successful procedure and fixed the drain! Joseph took a great deal of attention to cleaning my tub and bathroom floor till it sparkled. I think the fee was very fair and I'm highly recommending Donnelly's for any plumbing issue.

Dylan and team were fantastic, very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond in cleaning up afterwards. Would recommend Donnelly’s to anyone. Dylan came out twice before the decision had to be made to replace remaining pipes from the August job you all did. He did everything he could to ensure I had running water until today. I’m not a resident here and helping my Dad while he is recovering from an illness. The extra steps taken by him went a long way for my family. Everything was explained thoroughly and there were no surprises. Your team made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Thank you!!

THE BEST I didn't read the reviews for this company so my review is strictly about FACTS. I highly recommend Joseph G, for future reference because his customer service, infinite subject matter knowledge and downright GREAT moral compass was on full display. As a former talent manager, Joey G is the total package. He came to my house and confirmed my issue, identified two more issues that I was not aware of; and more importantly provided options for the total solution that were fair and feasible WITHOUT THE games that other companies play...no jingles, no mascots. Great service for the monies spent and problem solved. Thank you Joey G for the superior customer service. Service with a Smile that is Worthwhile.

Every time no matter when or what time I reach out to Donnelly’s for service they come through! My experience with all of Donnelly’s employees are very pleasant. Bobby was exceptionally nice and patient with me while trying to decide on a solution for my problem. He also negotiated a better price and I truly appreciated that!
