I have been a customer of Candlewic for many years. Their customer service has always been extremely helpful! I have tried several of their products from glass votives to molds and am especially fond of their Palm Wax. Below is a picture of a batch of pumpkin spice pillars! Making candles has been a passion since 9/11 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 I will be in soon...Thank you Candlewic!

Don't often write about POSITIVE experiences but wanted to share one with Candlewic.

Ordered paraffin for pillars and was delivered in box that broke in transit. Had broken slabs and on doorstep was open enough for environmental (wind blown debris) all over the wax.

Called Candlewic and explained.
One pic and one call later, they are sending replacements.

I LOVE good customer service and glad to share a POSITIVE situation for a change.

The business is set up more for wholesale then walk in and look around. The Apricot Coconut wax is the best in the US. Its out of stock most times. Stock up its worth it!. The new manager had me on the fence but she came thru! I'm not saying there perfect there, but either am I. If you pour candles Candle Wic is a good tool to have in your tool box.

Love the scents and materials, and find the educational materials they have helpful as a total newbie

But what has me blown away is their customer service. I accidentally placed an order on a different credit card than I meant to, and reached out to customer support to see if there was anything to be done. Despite it being my mistake, they were incredible about working with me, even going so far as to refund my order and then charge it to the correct card when it was too late to change it any other way. Thanks so much to Bill and everyone else at support!

I absolutely love Candlewic. I've been ordering from them for years because they are conveniently located within pickup distance of where I live and have great products (and prices too!) Every single employee I've ever spoken to or met have been so incredibly nice. I think that speaks volumes for a company. They will continue to get my business.

I am very happy with the quality, service, and shipping of the products from Candlewic. What's great is they're local and their prices are great! Even with the COVID pandemic holding up processing and shipment for some many businesses, I received my order timely and carefully packaged. Will certainly be ordering another shipment for my candles.

Unaware of a wick shortage going on, we had a huge charity coming up with production weeks away. Everywhere is sold out, so I checked out Candlewic which had them in stock. So I was skeptical at spending $350 on wicks that MIGHT be in stock since they were out everywhere else. I called their customer service who worked with me on quantity and placed my order. Everything arrived in 3 days. I will be taking our business orders here from the customer service aspect alone. Everything arrived packaged great in a sturdy corrugated box. Couldn't be happier!

Love Candlewic and have been a customer for a few years now. So far I have not had any issues except 1 FO having been sent in the wrong size. I ordered 8 oz and they sent 1 oz. Not a huge deal and they immediately sent the 8 oz my way. I do wish they'd implement USPS shipping for smaller orders. I'm in CT and even just a few FO's cost 20$ to ship via FedEx when with USPS it would only be $8.92. Big difference. I could buy more product with the difference! LOL

Taylor was awesome assisting me via telephone. Me and my twin brother stopped by a few weeks ago and I just want to say, there is an amazing staff in that building. All orders are handled with love ❤ thank you team

This isnt a store really. More like a warehouse (trying get google to change the category). I pick orders up and the entrance is easy to miss. I always end up in the next door parking lot. They need a sign on the bottom of the hill.
They have great prices. I feel some fragrance oils are better for soaps rather than candles though. But for wax, wicking, and all soap making supplies, you cant go wrong.

We ordered supplies online on 2/23/18 and the entire order was well packaged and on my porch THE NEXT DAY. Seriously, awesome. Before we ordered, we did our share of comparison shopping- looking for the best prices (including shipping). Hands down, Candlewic wins. Their shipping was less than their competitors (by $6.00) even though the competitors price was for metal lids, not glass (like the ones I got from Candlewic). You'd think that the competitors shipping prices would be cheaper with metal lids, but they were not. Candlewic products were also less expensive than the competitors. Candlewic does a great job packaging the order, too. I am VERY happy with the products, which are excellent quality. We will definitely be using Candlewic more in the future. Thanks Candlewic!

I visited Candlewic for the first time, Taylor was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. He went over everything they had available, answered all my questions and overall made it an amazing experience. I will 10/10 be back for more supplies.

Great place for soap and candle makers to get supplies. I buy my vegetable glycerin here for my vaping. Now it is a warehouse packaging center so go to their website order and if you are local pick up next day. Shipping and receiving is right in front of you as you go up the driveway.

Candlewic is a great wholesale supplier house for those candle/soap makers looking for raw materials for your candle and soap needs. The new scent area allows for you to smell the different fragrance that candle wick offer. Love it.
