Penske Truck Rental

Shout out to Semir (truck tire mechanic) I waited about two hours for a tire change but when Semir arrived he was upbeat. Worked quickly and good house keeping. Sent me on my way quickly. Thx you Semir!!

This Penske location serviced me on a road call for a flat tire. Cannot be more grateful to the on-shift manager and the service technician who responded and did everything they could to get me safely back on the road. What a great crew!

Todd was awesome. He told me what the problem was and even showed me a few pointers. I was also in and out in maybe a little over an hour. I wish I could get my repairs done there all the time. Penske puts Ryder in the dirt anyways. They have the best service over anyone.

Outstanding customer service! Melissa was fantastic! She was professional, courteous, and accommodating. She worked with me to get me the best price possible for my rental truck. I had discovered a leak in the roof of the cargo area in the truck and unfortunately, the water did damage a few books that I had packed in there. When I brought the truck back, as soon as Melissa opened the back up, she noticed the leak right away and discounted my rate due to the damage I had. They also have a good discount rate for veterans. I ended up spending less than $300 for the entire rental! I picked the truck up on a Friday morning and didn't return it until Tuesday morning AND put approximately 150 miles on it. With all that, I believe that I made out very well for the cost. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone who is moving or has a need for a moving truck. Thank you Melissa!

Stopped in with a blown trailer tire. Barely got done entering info into computer and was told to back trailer up to bay door. No sooner parked and Charlie was on it. Rodger thinks he has the best crew on the race car, but I'm not so sure! Good job 👍

The sales manager was helpful, professional, and honest. My truck was ready, clean, and performed like a champ. They even gave me a discount on moving boxes. I'll definitely be returning when I need a box truck rental.

I needed a steer tire, I called ahead of time they had it fixed and me back on the road in ten minutes, that’s top quality service. I just wish more people could be like these Penske service technicians
