I purchased a 2024 GR Corolla from Bobby Rahal Toyota and had a great experience. This was the first time I bought a brand new vehicle and Isaak and the team made the whole process super smooth. I can’t give enough thanks for keeping me constantly in the loop from the first phone call to driving it off the lot.

Had the best car shopping experience here. Shout out to Dave Engler who was extremely honest, and helpful! A gem to work with for sure. We also enjoyed chatting with Aaron, also a gem & honest as well as down to earth, who helped us through the finance part of the process! I would highly recommend doing your car shopping here. They really are “Simply the Best” for a reason.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a 4Runner from Bobby Rahal Toyota this past weekend. I live out of state and Isaak the salesman was extremely helpful throughout the entire process over the phone, over the course of a week. He was very friendly, responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I felt comfortable making the long trip to purchase the vehicle.

Upon arriving at the dealership, I was impressed with the facility was and how friendly and welcoming the staff was. The entire process was very easy and enjoyable. Aaron in finance was super friendly and great in explaining everything and each warranty package. I did not feel any pressure to opt into purchasing any additional products at all, and felt like I was in good hands. I couldn't recommend them more.

Recently purchased a Highlander Hybrid. I went on Toyota's website and it said a model I was looking for was being delivered here. I called and unfortunately it was already reserved for a buyer which is the case for this high demand car. Remarkably the next day I am called and told the car is available. A few days later I'm out here buying this car. The experience with a Rahal dealership is always A plus. I have used their BMW dealership in Pittsburgh often. The facility is impeccable, employees great. My salesman Nick Fogelsanger came in on his day off to complete the process. My car was waiting in pristine condition. My complete time there wasn't more than an hour . It would of been shorter but a tech spent as much time as I needed setting up and explaining the vehicle for me.

Every sales representative at Bobby Rahal Toyota were extremely nice and helpful. Gregg Williams was who I had and made my experience buying my RAV 4 suck an easy process. Highly recommend Bobby Rahal Toyota, Carlisle Pike.

The experience at Toyota was the most amazing Isaac and Greg were a huge help to me they were very detailed friendly and fun they made the experience so comfortable for me and really helped me in a situation that I thought was almost impossible and now I'm driving my dream vehicle the Toyota Highlander 2023. I will never forget this experience it was something that was definitely memorable Greg the finance manager definitely assisted me in understanding all of the details of the deal and left Nothing out. I've got to give it credit where credit is due, I never thought I'd be driving a Toyota but the car drives amazing and I love the vehicle so much. Wow. Dropped my car off Saturday night and these folks were able to check it out for me already on a Monday morning when service returned. Pretty sure they've always got a busy week. Doesn't hurt that my issue was part of an extended warranty item from Toyota... they could have told me anything but they just told me the truth... will always check in with these guys first.

Service, kindness and knowledge all top notch! We have been working with Bobby Rahal since August when we ordered our Grand Highlander. Waited patiently and they kept us informed along the way. Isaac was a dream to work with. We put our name on a wait list for the vehicle we wanted and received a call unexpectedly quickly.
There were hiccups along the pickup scheduling process (illnesses) but Isaac keep the momentum going every step of the way. He updated us via text and email and phone calls and could not have been nicer.
We are in an amazing vehicle and were well prepared for the process because of Isaac attention to detail and expertise. He makes it all easy.
The rest of the staff were likewise friendly and helpful.

Isaak was amazing. He was patient while we considered other brands and he let us test drive twice. He even gave me a piece of pizza during the buying process because I was breastfeeding and hungry. He did everything to ensure we checked out and go to leave with the new car that day. I recommend him and this dealer to everyone.
