Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ate in the bar area, which is a bit quieter than the main part of the restaurant, which was much nicer. Service was fantastic - each person was pleasant, friendly, helpful. Our server was awesome, we didn't even have to ask for refills on drinks. Food was good too!

The server was attentive and very polite. The burgers are always good, and the option to get wrapped in lettuce instead of bread is great. Unlimited broccoli is also a nice change from fries.

Wow, I haven't seen a Red Robin in decades! It was a nice nostalgic stop on our road trip. Food was delicious , just as I had remembered! Our server, Kelon, was an absolute sweetheart! He definitely deserves recognition for his lovely demeanor and attentiveness. Thank you!

Food is always solid, never had a bad experience at Red Robin, and the vegetarian burger options have allowed us to continue eating here even after lifestyle changes.

Great meal! I’ve posted reviews for other locations and this one did not disappoint. We weren’t getting served so the nearby server immediately noticed and came over. She was on top of things and kept the root beer floats coming! She was also very friendly. I, actually hadn’t dined in a long time. Because of COVID, I did RR takeout. I loved the touch screens that allowed my party to efficiently pay, even with multiple checks. Food was delicious! I couldn’t really taste a difference between the old burgers and the new juicy ones. I thought they were both tasty! A milkshake is always a requirement for me when going. Prices are right too. The Promenade definitely needs more affordable dining for everyday consumers, as not everyone can afford to eat at Paxos restaurants on a regular basis.

Normally I would give my service experience a 1 or 0 if possible, but the manager made sure everything was taken care of after a follow up call, and provided a chance for us to come back and try them out again. For this reason entirely, I am giving them 5 across the board, as one unprofessional waitress should not define the establishment. Thank you for making sure we were able to come back and enjoy with more times to come. Thank you!

Never has been a disappointment, across the board. Definitely would recommend.

Went to this Red Robin location with my parents and my kids. Taught my mom my favorite cheeseburger salad "trick" (lettuce wrapped burger with side salad). My kids ordered the grilled chicken kids meal and with some campfire mayo, they ate the most chicken they've ever had at one meal! Our server was extra helpful and friendly! Very impressed 😁

Absolutely awesome! Didn't have to wait long at all for the food, the waitress was excellent and the appetizer and burgers perfect.

After a long day and not having any energy to cook dinner, we gambled and ordered Red Robin takeout for the first time. We had an AWESOME experience and can't wait to order from them again! Sydney was simply amazing! She was helpful with placing our order over the phone to make sure we ordered just what we wanted. She made sure our order was perfect before I left, and even surprised me with this cup of fries to snack on my way home. How did she know that was the first thing I had ate all day?!?!?! ;-)

Me and my boyfriend got take-out. It was delicious and fulling. We couldn't finish our meals from how stuffed we are. Definitely the eyes were much bigger than the stomach with how much we had left over.

As Always, Fantastic Food, Service. Always a friendly server. I got the Banzai Burger and garlic fries. Plus with Red Robin Royalty program. I got my meal free. Love it.😀😀😀
