I deal with this location often and regardless of who is working the counter it's always a pleasant experience. I don't know how they find half the stuff I go on there looking for! This location is also the warehouse so it's your best odds of walking out of there with the part in hand, as most everything I work on is 25 years old. They even have some parts for rigs.

Maybe I am partial because I was one of the few whom was in charge of setting this store up when it was being built.

Either way they have access to everything in the DC with in minutes. No other store aside from a NAPA Main Counter has this ability.

Great people, great service, helped me out when in a time crunch! Was traveling from VA to VT and not long into trip my alternator went bad on my Miata. Brian Filchner at the local Napa Distribution Center and his staff helped me out, had the part in stock, then found me a shop close by(WrenchRite in Carlisle) that could do it really soon! Those guys got me in and out within 2 hours, helped my son and I get back on the road and we made our deadline before the night was over. Thanks so much, as I am a shop manager myself, I can really appreciate that kind of service!

Best auto parts store experience ever! NAPA is always a few steps above the others. This location is a leader in customer service.

NAPA NAPA at New Kingston is the best place to go if they don't have it in store they can go behind the store to the warehouse and get it for you
