Stopped in at Faulkner Dodge today looking for a Ram truck that I found online. It had been sold last night. Craig, our salesman, showed us a nicer vehicle and worked diligently with management to make us a truly great deal. The people were incredibly professional and the experience was very pleasant. You can tell that Faulkner Dodge is still one of the few dealerships that is looking to “earn” your business. After the sale, Craig took 30-45 minutes to go with me out to the truck and personally review all of the features to ensure that all my questions had been answered. This is the best dealership I’ve ever worked with, and Stephanie was excellent! I purchased a vehicle from them from out of state, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and that I was good to go before flying in. Firstly, the vehicle was excellent. It was exactly as described, and Stephanie, the representative I worked with, was timely in responding and provided me all the information I requested. Stephanie is definitely an excellent representative for this dealership, and made this a breeze for us. Secondly, the environment was very friendly when we got there, everyone said hi and greeted us happily. They have a very nice facility, and from what I saw a great selection of inventory. Which is why I purchased from out of state. Collin in finance was professional, and informative, and so was Derek who helped us get a good deal on what we needed. I’m from Florida, and I can genuinely say I will be calling Stephanie and this dealership next time I’m in the market for a vehicle they may have, and will happily travel here to buy again!

Ian and Shannan were amazing from start to finish! Ian, although from the Nissan store, made our transaction virtually seamless just like we asked, got us into the Ram we wanted and the pricing was perfect right from the start. Shannan was very knowledgeable and was able to guide us through set up of the app as well as walking us through all of the features our new Ram had to offer. Last but not least, Zac on the finance team did an amazing job prepping our paperwork and explaining everything necessary so we were comfortable with all aspects of our new lease! 3 days ago I purchased a 2013 Frontier from Faulkner Dodge.
Jaleesa responded to my inquiry quickly with the price and later same day the very clean Carfax and some pics. She put me in touch with my salesman Chris who sent me a video. Compliments to the detailers for doing a fabulous job interior and exterior!
They even replaced the rear bumper pad instead of touching it up or doing nothing and selling as is.
Also fixed a sag in the middle of the passenger seat.
Unlike most dealerships did not charge reconditioning fee or delivery fees or unseasonably high doc fees.
I appreciated Chris for being communicative, professional and helpful during the process!
From the test drive and what me and a friend could check the truck seems to be in great mechanical shape. My wife and I had smooth 2 hour ride back to MD.
I havnt taken it to my mechanic or had it inspected yet. Iam assuming all will go well esp since I have a Feb 25 PA inspection sticker on the truck.
I was disappointed the banks the dealership worked with could not provide me with a business loan. I will say thanks to Zack and Brandon in Finance I got an amazing personal loan deal with the lowest interest rate and the best monthly terms I've been offered during the last year 1/2 of my search for a reliable reasonably price truck.
Also got a $300 discount.
The interest rate was even lower than what the PSECU rep quoted me as the starting rate for used vehicles.
I even got a nice discount from Zack and Brandon on the gap insurance.

Very friendly and welcoming dealership. The service advisor Erica was very clear in indicating paths for us to work through a potential issue with my vehicle and eventually worked it out with the sales manager instead to resolve the issue. Very good impression on my first service.

Faulkner CDJRF was an amazing car buying experience. With extensive research I found a truck on there lot that just posted. Contacted them and drove out 2 days later. Very transparent with the vehicle that it was still available. Stephanie Fry than contacted me and we set an appointment to come look at the truck. Steph was amazing going over the trucks features and history as well as pre-finance numbers with no hassle. Gave her my wants and need and she help me out tremendously getting to my affordable number with lots of laughs in between. No pressure at all which I was grateful for. Next stop was finance with Dwight and same experience, very helpful and listened to my wants and need, got me to my number and some extra with no pressure and boom the vehicle was mine.

They even threw in a T-shirt at the end for good luck.

Had been looking to trade a leased vehicle in toward a Challenger and had been having awful luck with other dealerships. Came into Faulkner and met Chris and was upfront with my wants and that I didn't want to waste time if we couldn't make it happen and kinda let him know I was burned out from dealing with other places. Chris was an absolute straight shooter, awesome to my son and I, and between he and the finance guy they took my lease off my hands and helped me make last call, putting me in an amazing 2023 Challenger that met all of my needs. I can't say enough positive or amazing things about my car buying experience at Faulkner, but I'll sum it up by saying this - when my wife decides she needs a new car, I'll be taking her to Faulkner first because I know they'll treat us right. As long as I'm in PA, as long as they treat me like they treated me last night, they've got a life long customer.

By far the most comforting and easy experience ever! Bego was amazing, helping me get exactly the offer I wanted, the exact car I wanted, and was willing to negotiate and work around my financial situation. He did everything he could to make sure I was able to get the car as my previous car had broken down and since i'm a young college student with little income, it's impossible to find cars or get approved! Not once was I ever confused or doubtful about what was going on and actually felt in control of my choices. I will 100% be coming back here if I were to ever need a car again and recommend him to anybody I know!

We told our salesperson (Stephanie Fry) what we needed in a vehicle. We went for a test drive in a beautiful Grand Cherokee. When we returned, she told us that she had done some research and determined that this particular Jeep could not be flat towed behind our motorhome, but here is a better fit for our needs FOR $10,000 LESS. Who does that? A salesperson who has remained in a high turnover profession for over 7 years, that's who. There was none of the high pressure "lines" used by typical dealerships. Everybody always wants more for their trade, but their offer was fair. Although we were asked if we wanted to place a deposit, there was no pressure to do so. We woke up the next morning feeling good, not only about the vehicle, but about the whole experience with Faulkner. When you look for your next vehicle, don't cheat yourself. Be sure to stop here. And if you see my wife still driving town around in her beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, please tell her to come home. I miss her so much. ;)

Painless experience across the board. Our salesman, Craig was outstanding. He has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all products. He was not pushy at all and facilitated the complex deal exactly as advertised. Craig and the dealership staff followed up on all aspects of the deal. I just purchased a used Fiat from Bego Sejmenovic. He really made the process very easy and took all of the stress out of the car buying experience. My father has a weakened immune system and Bego made sure everyone wore masks around us and even set up a desk away from the main area and other people for paperwork with the finance team. Went to get free oil change and fluid change for transmission. I had called and was told Express could do both. Got there and was told could do oil but not transmission. I was very upset because I drove all the way from york . But the girl at Customer service was great she said let me see what I can do. Came back and she said they could do it . I was so grateful. That meant I didn't have to make appointment and drive all the way back up there. So thank you for going above and beyond.
