I've been using equipment for several months now. I really like it was it expensive, yes. Do I wish it was made in the USA? Yes. That being said, the quality is very good, nothing like box store junk. The only complaint I have is the roller pads for using on the 5000 series. The pins are too small, and they flex allot. I get it they sell 1 kind for all their racks. But for the money spent, they should upgrade this feature. I left 1 video of this for an example. That said their customer service is very good. Oh, and their shipping very very very fast amazing. FYI had a blast with me and my son opening all the boxes and putting this thing together. Kinda wish I could do it again

I recently order the new Arcadis machine after doing a lot of research. I just want to say that while the website was a bit flaky (I was using the cdn site) that was the only challenge I had. The team at REP was wonderful and the product is currently performing better than expected. It is very high quality and impressive. I needed to speak with customer support as well. To me they are the most important. I had a challenge and the representative was perfectly skilled in answering. If you are considering a system like this, I highly recommend REP. Also the instructions are very well done. There were minor challenges that might be included but on the whole anyone can assemble. Good job REP

I'm a first time purchaser of Rep Fitness. Bought the FT-5000 v2 and the AB-4100. I have limited space in my home office, it's essentially the size of a single car garage. Narrow and long. And I was able to fit both with room to spare. The trainer pulls smoothly, and the bench is solid without wobbles or shakes. I had a number of questions and customer service responded via text message usually within a few hours. Both items came packaged very well. The trainer came via freight. Only issue I had was trash pickup wouldn't take the empty crate. I had to call one of those junk haul away places to take the crate and pallet. So factor in ~$80 for haul away too.

Today was my first time visiting their facility. My pickup time was 1:00, but I was loaded and ready to go by 12:55.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I really liked how their showroom was laid out. If only I had a bigger budget, I would be in Heaven.

The way the power rack (PR-1050) was packaged was impressive. It took me almost as long to unbox/unpack everything as it took to put it together. And that's not a complaint, by the way. They really do make sure that every piece is well protected inside the boxes.

Just set up a home gym and purchased several products from Rep. Everything is high quality and will last a lifetime. Bought the new AB-4100 bench in white, 260lb bumper plate set, and a bumper plate tree. VERY happy with all three items. Bench is SUPER solid, lightweight and easy to maneuver, while providing excellent functionality. This is, in my opinion, the best value incline bench available.

Plates and tree are top notch as well with great construction and low tolerances. Low odor rubber that dissipates in a few days and rubber doesn't flake off. Tree is solid steel and very stable both when fully loaded and only partially loaded, there's no wobble.

Perhaps the best thing about Rep is their customer service. They are super friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely seem to care about their customers and getting them the best products for their needs. In particular, Lauren, whom I conversed with over the phone and then many times via email, helped me immensely. I originally ordered the AB-3000 bench and shortly after receiving it they came out with the 4100. I spoke to Lauren to compare the two and we determined that the 4100 was the best fit for me. She made the whole return/exchange process very easy, sent me a return label, explained what I had to do, how much the return shipping would cost, and then we re-affirmed that the 4100 was still worth the upgrade cost from the 3000 even after factoring in the return shipping cost.

I'd highly recommend Rep, and Lauren, to anyone building a home gym. Thanks again!!!

My second time visiting this location for a new equipment pickup. Enjoy going here to pickup new items for gym build. Matt is always helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Looking at equipment online is nice but in person is way better. The purchase and pickup process is so smooth and quick. The warehouse staff is courteous and professional. They help you load your vehicle and make sure you have all your items. Rep fitness is my go to place I don’t mind at all the 2+ hour drive. Looking forward to returning for my additional equipment in the near future. Keep up the great work.

REP Fitness has outstanding products and the best customer service in the business. My order was ready to go and loaded within minutes of arriving. Communication prior to pickup was great via both text and email.

I went to the PA Showroom. One of the highlights of my trip while visiting home (Maryland). It was beautiful and well put together with everything ready for anyone to pick up and test out. Associates were super helpful and friendly, and let you browse at your leisure until you needed assistance. Audrey and Matt from the PA Showroom made the experience a great one to remember. Special pricing is worth it if you are within driving distance. Quality of products (I purchased a bench and Pinnacle plates) are superior and great additions to my little start up home gym.looking forward to more purchases in the future.

Loved having this showroom within driving distance. It’s a great space. Clean and comfortable. Nice bathrooms and great products. Nathan H answered every question and really helped me learn some things. I left with a squatted truck and a huge smile. Also, this stuff is imported but the quality is there. Packed well and made well.

I don't really buy name brand stuff. But I saved up money and bought the black wing. Adjustable bench and it was worth it. Love this bench I feel like it gives me so much more support with the 14 inch pad.

Purchased rack with accessories at a great price! Solid builds with high end options like color and expansion/modularity. They handled a customer service question with grace and have regular sales. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely obsessed with this rack. I am currently making the switch to coaching full time from home and needed to upgrade my setup, but with limited space(especially height!) I had to be picky. This rack is an absolute god send. The 80 inch height fit perfectly, but still is as sturdy and heavy duty and any rack I have ever seen. Putting it together by myself was simple enough and it looks fantastic. They were in middle of switching warehouse locations during my order, but Lauren the representative I spoke to was very upfront and communicative on the matter, making sure I was assured on the time of delivery. I did receive the wrong sized safeties for the depth of my rack, but one email and picture, Lauren immediately had the correct size being sent my way!

It has been a frustrating year for sure with high demand for products as gyms close down and material shortages threatening supply. REP fitness though has been there with updates every day to keep us as customers happy and excited for new arrivals. REP has awesome people working for them, great products and I love that they are local to CO! I will continue to buy through REP fitness as I build my home gym.

Very happy with my home gym set-up. Shipping was fast and customer service was fantastic. Holly was great. She helped me with my set-up and all questions were quickly answered. Very pleased with the rack, weights and lat-pulldown. The decline bench is awesome.

Started getting equipment for the home from them and haven't been disappointed. Everything has been great and the one issue was quickly and efficiently resolved. Kelsey helped me a out a lot getting things right for my Home Gym. They have been really good at getting equipment out during the Rush of 2020. Can't wait to get more.

Guys had me loaded up in 15 minutes flat. I complimented the packing job and he said, “Yeah, you can’t teach that”. Agreed.

I am really happy with the matte kettlebells I purchased from Rep Fitness. Once their free shipping was factored in, they were cheaper than most others. One of the weights I wanted was unavilable and they were very responsive to my inquiry about restocking. Once everything was in stock and I placed the order, they were delivered right on time. I feel a little bad for the UPS guy that had to lug them all to my front door. They were packaged well and the boxes were undamaged.

The size of the kettlebell handles feels great in my hands. Better than two of the big name kettlebells I have used at facilities. The texture of the matte finish is perfect, not too slick and not too coarse. I will be purchasing a few more sizes in the future. Very happy with Rep!

I haven't put the rack together yet, but the process of figuring out exactly what to purchase for my needs/wants/room setup, scheduling shipping, scheduling assembly etc was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Hands down. Their rep Joe K went above and beyond walking me through EVERYTHING, consulting with me on what would be best - told me in what spots I could save money...he must have spent at least 3 hours with me through various calls to ensure I was setup perfectly. I can't wait to have it assembled this weekend and will be back with another review after that! But if you order from here, ask for Joe K - he's incredible.

REP is absolutely amazing. Their kit and gear is legit and the pricing is extremely reasonable. Shout out to Adrien who has gone above and beyond in answering my questions and assisting with returns/exchanges. I have literally nothing negative to say about this company or their team.

A+ customer service! I'm just beginning to set up a home gym and ordered several items from Rep. One was the AB-3002 Bench. There was an issue with the hole sizing on the leg attachment, so I contacted Rep. They were very friendly and immediately shipped a replacement bench. I'll continue to buy from Rep because of this positive experience. Am also very happy with the rock-solid quality of everything I ordered.
