The UPS Store

I use this UPS location constantly for shipping, and I've used them for printing a few times too. They are the friendliest crew ever. I'm always making errors with my printing orders, and they always go above and beyond fixing my errors and making sure my orders are flawless (usually at a cost to them). I'm so grateful for their constant outstanding customer service. They've truly helped me out in a pinch so many times without complaint.

My mom, Karen, asked me to write this review on her behalf... she has had nothing but OUTSTANDING experiences with this UPS store. Every member of the staff, including the owner, go out of their way to make each interaction as smooth and hassle free as possible. A+++, all the way around!

The staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. They were very pleasant, friendly, and enthusiastic. I was amazed by their willingness to help customers, during busy times. Even though there is a UPS store closer to where I live, I would choose this location in the future.

This UPS Store is my go-to store for a while now. Very clean and super accessible, but beyond that, Vipul Patel, the owner of the store goes above and beyond to accommodate reasonable requests and that’s a game changer in choosing to go to this store or the one nearby. Keep up the great work and with this approach and customer service you’ll find success with this store.

The gentlemen with the beard knows me well-I come to the this UPS quite frequently (thanks Amazon). Usually I have a QR code, so when I arrived to ups with a return I found that amazon had given me a label to print out instead. The man, who is always friendly to me, waived the .99 cents and printed my label for me. I apologize for not getting his name but he always is happy, polite and professional.

I was having a horrible morning trying to return purchases all around the county it felt like. I ran into UPS to return an item that I had forgot to tape up in my flustered state. A tall dark haired gentleman behind the counter was beyond helpful in getting my items prepared to be shipped. Instead of giving me the run around he just helped me! He even helped me understand the return label better for the future, I feel like that is so rare anymore. Thank you for being human!! Occured on 8/26/2023.

Two times in the last few months, I have needed notary services. I scheduled at an UPS Store close to my house which left me hanging both times where the notary did not show. This was very disappointing because my documents were date sensitive and needed notarized that day. Fortunately, I was able to come to this location both times and get my documents notarized. The staff member who I believe was the owner was very nice and accommodating. I will travel the extra distance to come here first in the future!

I came in to use their notary services. The people working there were so kind and competent. An elderly woman came in near tears due to not being able to process an Amazon return. The woman working at the UPS store took a lot of time to help her figure out her return. I was touched by how compassionate everyone in the store was. Notary services were great also.

The store closes at 6:30 pm. I arrived at 7:00 pm (not knowing the business hours). Vipul Patel came and opened the locked door for me to take my 2 amazon return packages that have been riding around in my car for a week.

I love this UPS store! So convenient. The employees are so helpful and friendly. They are super fast. I was in and out in 5 minutes during the height of the holiday mailing season! This place is the best! If you need to mail anything go here!

Nice, new, clean store and amazing service. Very friendly people here. They helped me solve my shipping problem quickly and even came out to my car to help me carry large packages. Highly recommend.
