This year I’ve been visiting this store for so many times and i definitely keep coming back because:
*Beth from appliances department was so nice and helpful. She is definitely so kind and patient with customers.
*Luke is the guy helped me to choose roofing materials and he is very professional and gave me really good advice also he was able to give little discount on entire order after he asked manager for that.
Luke is a great person to deal with🙋🏼‍♂
*Stacey helped to buy lots of concrete and she helped with recommending the right materials for my job.
Is so great to buy from this specific location because all the people working here they seems to understand customer’s needs and they offer the right advice and support.
The last person i want to thank if Johan i believe he is the manager there(very responsive and customer service oriented person)
Almost 90% of all remodeling materials bought from you guys, thanks for everything 🙏🏻

This place is the most awesome place! I went there looking to purchase the materials to build a ladder shelf using a gift card and the wonderful people here built me one free of charge. My only cost was the stain to paint it. This is what it looks like so far. I can't wait to put decorations on the shelves! So far I've decorated it with ivy. Thank you so much for building me such a beautiful piece of furniture for my apartment!

We go here frequently being newish homeowners. Seriously, like at least once a week usually. We always find the workers to be helpful and very nice. They always talk to our daughters and love petting our pup when he is with us!

Just like any other Home Depot but with a friendlier staff. I had a return to make. No lines took about 2 mins and I was off to my next project. Good prices and all under the same roof. Definitely recommended.

I went there to get stain to match wood cabinets I have. I was helped by Bill in the paint department who went above and beyond to help find a matching stain for me. Thanks for your help and explanation!

Staff were very helpful when we needed to know where to find various items. We tried scanning ourselves out, and it actually went well, even with a coupon. A staff person was called to lift our heavy air conditioner into our car, and he did it with a smile. We love our new air conditioner, and the price was lower than any other store.

The store is very clean and neat . Well stocked in everything. Seasons change and they are right on top of it . The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

My most recent trip to Home Depot was excellent--all because of Petra. She is a gem, and I hope the management appreciates what they have in this great employee. She worked with me very patiently to locate the exact garage furniture items I had picked out, made sure the store had them (they had one of two) and ordered the other one from the warehouse; she got them assembled and set up delivery; and she kept me informed about everything over a two week period. Like all shoppers, I've had good and bad experiences at the building supply chains, but this experience was excellent. Thank you Petra for your excellent customer service!

Found what I needed to make a small pond with a waterfall...and I couldn't leave without plants.

John B from the Deliveries group was awesome! I went into Home Depot with an idea of what I wanted but after looking at some things I realized it wasn't going to be easy to find the size boards I needed. John understood my problem and helped me find the right solution and totally made my Home Depot experience one that I will look forward to next time I do a project. And that's coming from someone who typically shops at the other chain of home improvement stores in our area. Thanks so much John B & Home Depot!

This Home Depot always has a much better selection than the one in Carlisle.

Order on line and pickup your order without dealing with anybody. Really a neat system. You get code sent to phone when order ready to pick up. Walk in front door and the lockers are right there. Scan the code and it tells you which locker has your items. Fast and quick system with no hassle. In and out. It's great.

Went here to get Specticide Bag-a-Bug refills but had a hard time finding them. Zee, and another employee whose name we didn’t catch, went above and beyond trying to help us find the product but found out they were discontinued in store. Zee took us up to the front to see if we were able to order them online (nope) and then called the Home Depot in Carlisle, confirmed they were in stock, found out the aisle, and sent us on our way! We appreciate the extra time he took to help us out.

Home Depot designs their stores to all be exactly the same so you can find what you want at any one of their stores you visit. They've got just about everything you'd want for home remodeling & repair, outdoor items & grilling, paint, flooring, appliances, siding, lumber, decorations, lighting, manual & power tools, mulch & plants. They can contact out counters, fences, etc. I like ordering items online or in store that my contractor can pickup at the Pro desk for the different jobs he does for me. Plus the Pro desk can price out large items for you (flooring, lumber, etc) & get you the best price available. The staff here is very nice & helpful & the large order loading crew is top notch.
