Excellent trainers at Appalachian HD. After an awful experience at Keystone HD my wife was reluctant to get training again. Till I talked her into it, I signed both her and I up for the course. The instructors Brett and Gary were top notch.

Had an amazing time learning how to ride with Bob and Gary! Very thorough, patient and friendly with everyone. They both gave very good feedback with clear instructions. All the other staff that I interacted with was great. Course was laid out and explained nicely for beginners.
Will definitely come back for the intermediate course with my own bike!

I took the MSF Safety course. Mike H. and Rick were really great instructors! We each got a lot of personal instructions even though the class was fairly large(9). As a team, they worked in unison with each other so there was never any conflicting information or unnecessary confusion. Everything was very organized and detailed. We always had opportunities to ask as many questions as needed. I highly recommend this course if you want to ride!! We learned so much!! It's amazing to me that a course this great is not only free but will save you money on your insurance.

Bought a used 07 Super Glide, had a view hiccups in the beginning of owning it, but they followed through with taking care of it even without me buying the warranty. Zach is the man, and he took care of me and the bike. I appreciate the hell out of him going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Loved the learning crew at Appalachian! Bob, Gary, and Jeff did a great job making it fun but serious about the learning.

Amazing guys here at Harley! Bob, Jeff, Grant, all excellent instructors but more important great people. I had no experience on a motorcycle. They made me feel comfortable in an intimidating situation, were motivating and encouraging and helped me succeed! I greatly appreciate them and their time. They took extra time with me to help me see my errors and helped me improve. Great people, great place, great bikes. I will be back for the food, love bands, the great company… and hopefully very soon, to buy a Harley.

We had bob, grant and Jeff. Bob was very helpful in making me feel better about riding and helped me calm down when I was nervous.

Mike Gary and Bob did a wonderful job with the motorcycle safety course. I feel like a better Rider than I ever have been. Having completed the course and obtaining my license in a safe comfortable environment andlearning pace. I would 100% recommend this course to any new or experienced rider. this was a benefit for me and everyone else on the road I may ride with. Having made me safer which makes you safer. This course operates rain or shine and I feel as though doing it in the rain has added an aspect of safety that I am now prepared for anything.

From start to finish, it was amazing. My instructors, Roy and Brett, were the absolute best. They made sure to talk you through everything, were very professional during the training courses, and made sure to let you know what you were doing wrong, if anything, and how to fix it.

I was super nervous to take this class, but I can, with confidence, say that I am extremely more confident after taking this class and having those two as my instructors. I would 10/10 recommend this class. 100%.

It's definitely worth it if you are a first time rider, or even just want to brush up your skills. Don't be afraid, sign up for the class and go for it!!

My instructors were Gary & Mike H. They were helpful, knowledgeable, patient, & encouraging. This was my second time taking the course & I felt more relaxed & felt I got a lot more out of it the second time (I was a complete newbie the first time). Now, if I could just stop psyching myself out before the test!

Roy and Mike H. Did a great job. The course was extremely helpful. It definitely puts any previous experience you have into perspective and humbles you to understand specifically where you need to improve. Individual coaching is great too.

Bob and Jeff are a very special team. They teach professionally have allot of patience and understanding. I would recommend all to do this course. Thank you team Appalachian Harley Davison.

Bob and Bo were terrific. I’m a slightly experienced rider however going back to the basics with these guys was a great experience and I got a lot out of it. 10/10 will always recommend folks, new or experienced riders, to take this course.

Hi. I want tell everyone this place is amazing. Nice people here. They are professional and patient. I am not good at language but they are very patient to teach me with body’s language. Highly recommend. Definitely will get a new bike form here!

I think Jeff, Gary, Bob, and Grant did a great job of teaching with visual aids and audio aids as well. They coached well and made sure we understood the assignment/course. I will definitely recommend this specific course and location for any more newcomers/semi experienced riders.

Brett and Gary were great instructors. I learned a lot of good information to help get on the road riding my new to me bike. Great instructor’s. I would recommend anyone to take this course. It keeps you from creating bad habits or helps to correct them.

Bob and Gary are awesome I went from never touching a bike to feeling like I can conquer the road on my own bike. They were charismatic and explained everything in great detail. Definitely recommend taking your MSF course here!

Awesome experience with the whole basic rider safety course! Bo, Mike, Bob and Gary were all awesome! They passed on a LOT of knowledge and helped instill a lot of confidence! Would give a 10 if I could! This was my first experience with Appalachian Harley and, based on this whole experience, will not be my last!
