Charlmont Restaurant and Pub

Their food was amazing, we started out with the stuffed mushrooms, and then I got the seafood stew (the scallops in it were perfect!) and my daughter had a cajun burger. The seafood stew came with a trip to their salad bar which was fully stocked and also has; potato, pasta, and bean salads. The burger came out on toasted bread, which not too long into my daughter just took the burger off of. She likes hers medium rare which she said was cooked perfectly just wasn't a fan of how soggy the bread got from it. Everything was super flavorful. I did not take pictures of the food but did manage to take pictures of the menu. Would highly recommend especially since they have so many comfort food options to choose from.

Really good pancakes! Best place next to Stowe to have a delicious meal for a very good price before a long day of hiking. The waitresses are very nice. I'd also recommend the grilled muffin.

Excellent lil greasy spoon for sunday buffet brunch. The guy who does the eggs is the best! The fruit is always cold and fresh, the waitstaff is thoughtful and friendly. We love having weekend breakfast here. My one complaint is that the coffee isn't self-serve, but the waitresses come around often enough that it's not the end of the world :)

Seated me and my grandmother right away. The service was quick, and the food was amazing.

We went for the Thanksgiving Buffet and it was amazing ..I always cook at home, this year two of my children joined me and they enjoyed it as much as I did. I was very impressed ..the food was all homemade and tasted as good as my own ..Thank you for a wonderful bountiful meal. My compliments to the chef!

Tonight was my first time dining here, and not sure why I’d never come here before now. First off, my server was absolutely delightful. Then came the food. I completely over ordered as it didn’t register with me that the salad bar, wonderful warm bread, and two big sides came with my meal. I started with a salad and wings. While the wings were a frozen product, they were both crispy and juicy, and the Buffalo sauce was perfect. Then I’d ordered the fried clams with mashed and onion rings that were clearly hand breaded along with the clams. The portions were huge as well. It took me most of an hour to barely finish my meal. I can’t wait to come back. Left her 28%.

The service here is really good. Angel was my server and she is wonderful. If you are looking for a home style food this is a good place to go.

Excellent food! Burger was cooked exactly as ordered and arrived promptly even though we were in a group of 30 + people! Wait staff did a great job of being attentive to our very large group and made everyone feel very welcome. Definitely a great spot to meet up with friends... Even if you show up with a lot of friends!!!

I've been eating at the Charlemont restaurant for over 30 years. The food is second to none! Everytime I walk through that kitchen , I take notice of how clean and organized it is in there. Believe me, if the kitchen is as nice and clean like this one is , that tells you right away that This is where I want to eat!!. It's top shelf!! It's very clean and the atmosphere is nice with friendly staff.

Food was great..mgt not so much.. we were made to sit/stand at the door way till our "entire" party arrived even though our table was ready..

Had the best Sunday morning breakfast ever! The coffee was nice and fresh! My 3 egg omelette was to die for! It came with the best hash browns ever and very tasty home made wheat toast!!! The price was great! I was so full when I left! Can’t wait to come back again! The cooks are amazing!

While on vacation we stopped to grab lunch and couldn't believe how amazing this place was! The restaurant was more than accommodating when it came to my daughters food allergies. They made sure everything was soy and barley free for her and they even went as far as bringing the bread out (without me asking) so I could double check the ingredients. Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Whole family all enjoyed very good food (Italian dish, burger, sandwich, and children’s menu items) and great service. Restaurant was right next door to our hotel so very convenient. Thank you!

I have been a vegetarian for 18 years. They had by far the BEST veggie burger that I have ever had. The woman who waited on me was incredibly nice! Such an amazing experience!
