Alot has changed. Furniture moved to center of the store. Groceries in the back. An abundance of Christmas decor, treats and gifts for every member of the family. Courteous staff. Updated my rewards account at cashier. Wish I had more money to spend.

Picked up a towel and a few things
In the haurcare section there was a seaquin pillow some gross person wrote something inappropriate on I brought it to the the employees attention and they were really nice and took care of it , very pleasant experience except for the inappropriate thing written on the pillow but that’s being taken care of , thank you biglots for understanding and taking my complaint seriously
