Came in for a few items with my children and a women named vanessa was very kind and helpful. Not only that she had a moment to help guide me to the items I need since I’ve never been to that location. A bonus for me was her kindness to my children. BTW my daughter was obsessed with her by the time we left!!. I am a sucker for nice workers especially when you can tell it’s genuine. And for that she made my experience there amazing. Crazy to say I look forward to seeing her when I go In…haha!

I needed help from the pharmacy staff. Despite being very busy, they took the time to make sure i had all the information and assistance I needed. I am grateful for the k8nd and compassionate way I was treated.

It was perfect. Alexandra, the young woman who helped me with product also cashed me out was super polite and very knowledgeable. I remember thinking as I left the store: "This will be my new drugstore. Period."

The pharmacy staff is awesome. They are over worked and probably under paid, but they are always courteous and cheerful.

Some of the staff could be a little bit more friendly when dealing with their customers it doesn’t matter if it’s in person or on the phone. Im sure working with the public every day isn’t easy with all there complaints and questions we have. I have trouble with some MFR companies of a medication l take. I think if it’s in your file right there in front of you that the customer prefers a certain MFR brand there is a reason for that . I think a customer should be told they are being given a different MFG brand because they are out of the one the customer prefers. Especially if they have had a bad experience with some MFG brands of a medication. I really Appreciate Molly when I get to speak with her if I have any questions ,or complaints . She’s very kind and will even will Apologize even if it’s not necessary.

The pharmacy staff is awesome, wait time is minimal, and they follow up where needed.
Serious markdown for the shambolic state of the bathroom, dear goodness, somebody clean this mess. It's disgusting. Urine on the walls and not fresh. Grime and piddle spots on the floor.

I have never reviewed a drugstore before..but I really felt compelled to do so here (don’t get me wrong: I love that we have a CVS here locally so I hope they just take heed from this). They are price gouging.. I don’t pay attention much to prices.. but if you go here you might want to have your eyes wide open! I just bought mouthwash there…simple.. nothing complicated.. checking out I saw it was $11. Got home and looked it up on Amazon.. it’s 1/2 the price. Not $1 or $2 less.. but HALF THE PRICE.. so, these guys are taking advantage of an already existing inflation problem. I’m all for capitalism.. but not when it becomes blatantly avaricious. So, until they get back to normal or “fair” as someone who believes in a free economy, and as a result of courser I believe in competition, so I’ll simply by from somewhere else…and that is why it’s great to live in America because I have the freedom to so whenever I want :) !

This location is truly awful. I work in health care and the way the pharmacy performs is extremely unprofessional and unorganized and uncaring. I understand all health care is understaffed, etc. I feel that pain at work, too. But the pharmacist herself yelled at people waiting in line, calling us “a bunch of truckers” mind you I’d been waiting 30 minutes in line when the man two people ahead started to get irritated. They called and said medication was ready for pickup, arrived and med was not ready. Waited another 45 minutes for them to fill it and get back through the line again. Another customer had driven an hour to pick up his med that was “ready” only to get through the line and be told it wasn’t even in stock or available. There is no good organization or apparent filing system as they just have a tote of filled prescription bags on their middle island. Another lady was pacing around crying and frantic due to a med error by the pharmacist. It was total chaos. This time I needed to have a script transferred so I called needing to give those details. Tried calling on three different days at different times, waited for 45 minutes each time with no answer. Called front end and spoke to supervisor who did not acknowledge the situation or offer any assistance and said that “you’ll just have to deal with being on hold for over an hour I guess” and hung up. It’s sad for a remote area with only two pharmacies to have to be deal with this on a regular basis. If my insurance would cover prescriptions through Kinneys I would switch back in a heartbeat.

They are taking more prescriptions than they can fill. Bad attitude from staff. Script unfilled after 18 hours and only when I arrived did they prepare it. That took over 45 minutes. Plan to spend the day. Good times.

The pharmacy turnaround time was not ideal at all, I got the pharmacy at 12:15pm - my hospital called around 12 pm, and did not get the prescription until 12:50pm. After I got my prescription- the label stated the promised delivery time is 12:35pm. I had urgent health issue that I need my medication to take care of pain also took time off from work for I believe in the efficiency of CVS pharmacy, turned out this specific experience was rather disappointing to me. Also the patients who came in later than me to get a vaccine shot was taken care of ahead of me. If you got recurring prescription that not in a urgency you should be fine.

Normally I don't post reviews, but my most recent visit to the Morrisville CVS will be my last because it was one of the most AWFUL [lack of] customer service I've ever had anywhere. I never received a customer survey # on my receipt or an invitation to an email survey, so I've come here to express my concerns.

I specifically went to CVS because I had a $8 off of $40 coupon. Great. I was ready to check out, went to the counter and waited several minutes for the cashier to arrive. Fine, it happens.

The cashier, Susan, finally arrives and there is already a line formed behind me. She doesn't apologize for making me wait, but instead rudely commands me to start digging for my CVS card, which I already had in hand. Then she yells over me to the people in line, and commands them to also dig for their CVS cards while they wait. Okay..

So Susan continues to ring up my items, I was going to remind her about the $8 for $40 coupon (the whole reason I came here), and noticed she applied it. Great. As I was about to thank her for applying my coupon, she voids it and runs my credit card without saying a word. Seriously?

I could have gone back and picked out 1 or 2 more items had she informed me of what she was doing instead of trying to rush through the transaction just to get me out the door faster.

I did not want to make the poor people behind me wait while I returned all of my items, or embarrass this person by asking for her manager. The worst part is that when I brought it to Susan's attention she rudely cut me off mid sentence and admitted what she did with no apology.

This person should not be authorized to work a register if she isn't trained correctly. Susan clearly needs better common sense skills and customer service training.

I was furious, and it left a terrible taste in my mouth. I will not be back. Please train your employees to have common sense/courtesy.

No one at the check out. Only self serve. Sorry I don’t work for CVS. Guess you don’t mind loosing customers.
