I have been with State Farm for like 10 years. I have dealt with Kelsie for the time I've had the insurance. As my insurance agent she has always been extremely helpful and informative whenever I needed help with getting things done or information when is something that State farm can not do. I tip my hat to her for being an agent with exceptional qualities. I give her an A+.

I always have an excellent experience. If you need some help with making payments and changing of coverage plans they go above and beyond with help. I have been with them for over 5 years and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Their services are out of this world and the best staff ever.

I just had a meeting with Scott today here, and left the office feeling like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. He got my monthly car insurance down from $223 to $150. That is going to help me so much and I’m very thankful for this new plan. The office is in a convenient location and has easy parking in the back. Inside is decorated very nicely, modern but very inviting and comfortable. Overall such a great experience. Over the phone and in person Scott was super efficient without rushing, and took time to connect with me on a personal level and get to know me. I definitely recommend him, he’s super friendly and I felt very welcomed and cared about. Thank you all, and I’m happy to be a new customer!!

If I could give our agent 20 stars, I would! My family recently purchased a home, and upon researching homeowner’s insurance, I connected with Scott McClain at the Matthew Bub agency. Not only did he give me an amazing quote with excellent coverage for our new home, but he was able to bundle it with new car insurance that is less than half of what we are currently paying with another company. To add on top of already excellent service, he took care of absolutely everything necessary for the switch of car insurance, and also communicated with our mortgage company the very same day and we are now 100% cleared to close on our dream home. I have to say what a breath of fresh air it is to have someone answer your questions with such precision and clarity. 😁 way too often I feel like I have 10 jobs just handling my personal business with Representatives...And if that wasn't enough I had contacted the office to speek with him. Although he wasn't available, and I did not leave him a message in his voicemail, the next thing you know he was calling me out of the blue to ask if he could help me. Honestly, I was in in shock. I couldn't believe it!!! Absolutely amazing. He actually called without me even having to ask him to call me back.
