Town Fair Tire

Just got my tires checked out for leaks and to get some balancing work done. I know nothing about cars but they explained very clearly what they were doing multiple times to me, which is always much appreciated with my lack of knowledge. The customer service was great, the workers were friendly, and I got my work done quickly. Super satisfied with this shop :)

I went to town fair tire in Torrington Ct to get new tires for my truck. Greg was amazing and helped me with every single question and idea I had! He took his time and made sure that I was happy with my choices! This group of professionals were absolutly top notch!! They worked with my budget and every concern I had. While I was there I witnessed some genuine kindness and a group of people who sincerely care! I watched multiple people pull up in a panic and observed how kind, courteous, patient And professional they remained no matter what. There was a worker who was polishing their rims in storefront who saw and elderly lady pull up to the front of the store with a soft tire. He stoped what he was doing and went and held the door for her to enter the store and greeted her on the way in. a few minutes later notice that her car hood was open slightly. He went over and asked her if she knew it was open and even offered to correct it for her. This visit which started stressful needing tires ended up to be amazing. Way to go Greg and all the workers at town fair tire in Torrington Ct. you are great people with an amazing business. I couldn't be happier with my new tires and rims and will return here without a doubt when it's that time again! Thank you for this experience!!

Got tires finally after my stock tires crapped out before they should’ve. Greg and the guys at the store took care of me and respected me as a woman and consumer. I didn’t feel taken advantage of and I appreciate what they did. Now with my new tires, I feel safer in this annoying weather we deal with. Thank you guys!

Jay at the front desk was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect wheel and tires for my 2017 Tacoma.
Would highly recommend, he’s knowledgeable and gives plenty of details.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences the two times I have been here. All the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke with Hank on the phone and then met him in person when I had my new tires put on. He was so friendly both on the phone and in person- this really makes a huge impact this day and age. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone as I felt like the sales reps were both knowledgeable and took time to explain exactly what I needed done and why I needed it. Fantastic job you guys! Great customer service. Extremely friendly and helpful. My first time at this location and everyone was kind friendly and polite. Service was fast and efficient. No haggling or trying to sell me anything I didn't need.

We went to Town Fair on Torrington CT to replace the tires on our truck. We spoke with Keith about finding us a good deal on at least 2 tires if not all 4. We gave Keith the amount we could spend, he instantly was able to locate a deal on all 4 tires without going over our budget, in fact it was less. Keith and the team were great to work with. On the date of 1/13/24 I was graciously greeted by the sales manager Hank and his staff who were all helpful and friendly they got me in and out swiftly with the best price possible ! As for the tire technician Octavious who worked solely on my vehicle was the kindest hardest worker I've had the pleasure of meeting he finished my tires promptly and explained the exact process and procedure they went through all in all my visit was top tier and I shall return for all my tires going forward

Got an appointment next day for a flat tire change/purchase and alignment. Marcus and the team did a great job and I was in and out of the shop in much less time than anticipated! Thank you!!

I never write reviews for any reason but my experience with the Town Fair Tire in torrington was such a delight I only felt it was appropriate. Hank, the a manger of the store, was very helpful regarding my tire that needed changing and even tho I only went in to buy one I left with 3 at an amazing price and with warranty. Great Job Hank and you’ve just earned a loyal customer! Made spending money on tires a nice experience.

Hank was a wonderful, filled with knowledge, and I learned more today about tires than I learned in 65 years!!

Honest and extremely helpful. Had to get replacements for a blown tire and balding tire. Great customer service as usual. I will only go to the Torrington store because of their honesty and customer service.
