I had a phenomenal experience at the Bristol store #288 - last weekend. Stephanie rang me up and provided excellent, above and beyond customer service. She assisted me in setting up the CVS app on my phone and helping me to take advantage of the savings I had available to me, as I forgot to bring my receipt coupons. She was professional, so friendly and she displayed the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. Thank you so much Stephanie, keep shining!

CVS has consistently shown great service with their dedicated staff and well-stocked shelves. The pharmacy is not only helpful but has earned the trust of our entire family for its reliability. Their product variety ensures we find what we need, and the addition of the Minute Clinic offers added convenience for medical consultations. A dependable choice for our needs.

CVS 24 hour Pharmacy in Bristol has gone above and beyond for basically every need and question I’ve had here for over at least 10 years. The pharmacists have been consistently right in filling my family’s scripts and answering questions as well as making sure to order anything that is out of stock or delayed and letting us know what’s going on. I have pretty much always gotten a true if not kind answer to finding or seeing if an item can be ordered to be stocked or when it might come in. I’ve had many pleasant experiences with associates’ interactions and is one reason I favor coming to shop at this store. Being an artist, I appreciate the care I’ve seen put into the arrangement or neat placement of items in order with their labels that are clean and bright. My husband and I truly like shopping here.

This CVS location on Farmington Avenue in Bristol is the best pharmacy that my wife and I have ever dealt with. They are very efficient, helpful and keep the walk in wait times reasonable even though they are one of the busiest pharmacies in the area. We use to use Walgreens, and they were terrible, CVS is much better!

Had gone to pick up some prescriptions for someone else. I had questions about insurance and medications. The staff members were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Line moved efficiently. There were a ton of staff working back there to move stuff along.

I give them 5 stars because of their dedication to me.
For those who have complained about them being on lunch. This message is directed to you. How would you like to have someone work on their lunch breaks to cater to you? I won't. I don't. I expect them to not work on THEIR lunch breaks to cater to my needs. They don't get those hours back. Let them eat the little bit of time they have.

Went in around 9:30 on 11/4/21 to get some snacks and was immediately greeted upon arrival by young lady stocking the front shelves. I felt instantly welcomed and she even told me to have a good night as I left. This was the first time experiencing this level of service at this location. I didn’t get her name but I believe she had pink highlights in her hair. You have a rockstar in her!

Cvs is much more easier to refill prescription and open 24 hours. I switched from Walgreens because I always had a problem with one prescription and they are closed on the weekends. Also close at 6:00 pm

Solid 4 star rating. Kindly go to this cvs to get direct experience.

Been using this particular cvs for the past 12 years (since 2006). Rarely came across any non friendly staff/inefficient operations. Sometimes wait times at the pharmacy line can be up to 10 minutes, but they are friendly for most part. Was shocked to find 1 star ratings, a dozen of them in the past few months. Having been there at least 100 times in the past few years, i disagree with a 1 star rating. Kindly try them out. Don't want to ruin a business just because the staff messed up a few times.

I will give this cvs a solid 4 star rating, based on my 2015 to 2018 experiences alone.

I pleasantly surprised by an associate named Nick. He was extremely pleasant and genuinely concerned about why I was buying a lot of cold medicine. He asked if I was feeling under the the weather. I said no it’s for my wife. When he finished ringing me up he said “ I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I really hope your wife feels better”. Not often do you get that kind of concern from a Cvs employee. Kudos to Nick for going over and beyond what the norm at a chain store.

Prompt, Courteous and Convenient. Open 24 Hours and Drive-Thru; What elese could You possibly need? They Got That!

Always great customer service, and everything is in proper order where should be so it's easier to be located in the store. One of my favorite places to shop.

Yes they are busy, they are understaffed and open 247. They've always been super kind to me and try their best.
