Max Pizza 4

Great place for getting just about anything you are craving. My favorites are the shrimp and arugula salad and of course the pizza. The Apple Caramel ice cream is my favorite dessert. The staff is friendly and personable. The owner is a talented artist. All of the beautiful art work throughout the restaurant have been painted by him. I feel right at home when I m here. Love it here ❤

Probably one of the best chicken parm dinners I have ever had. Beats many other “renowned” and seemingly “authentic” Italian restaurants in CT. Could use more sauce but that’s just me ;)

Had a birthday party there. Great services. Free seating for a birthday party. Ordering/paying was super easy, and everything went smoothly.

It was an $80 party for 20 people. I would get a couple more pizzas next time, but it was great.

Excellent pizza place, came from out of town for the night and found this place near our hotel. Was a busy Friday night so the staff needed a little extra time getting us seated but they were very attentive and friendly. Food was very good, wings were excellent. Really enjoyed our visit here and we'll come back next time we stop in the area.

I had their gluten free pizza. It was very good. The bottom of the crust was crispy and the edge of the pizza was crispy as well. It was also a thicker crust and not a thin crust. I have celiac disease and I didn't have an issue at all. I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you!

Huge portions and really good food. Both times we went, our server was very attentive and welcoming. Will definitely go back!

Great salad. Great pizza. Danielle was a great waitperson. Check out the beautiful art hanging in entryway. Outstanding painting of our two fallen Bristol police officers there.

Wonderful tiramisu! Very light, sweet and had a good coffee flavor. I was there for a catered event! Did not try any of the pizzas but they had excellent egg plant parm! The space upstairs was neat with lots of artwork.

Driven by Max Pizza restaurant on Middle Street soo many times while in Bristol showing houses. As a Realtor, I get to find out about so many businesses, restaurants and great other parks and venues. Well finally ordered a pizza to take hone for the family. Wow, great pizza! Crunchy crust, fresh ingredients, I ordered the Greek pizza and added eggplant. Excellent experience. I ordered a few pizzas for pickup and it was ready in time. The staff was very courteous and helpful and efficient.

Amazing! Let's just say they are extremely accommodating! Very quick to set up on short notice. They did an amazing job this past weekend!

Great food, good beer and a very nice event space upstairs. Owners Stel and Nikki are super hospitable. We had a wonderful time at James Bond night which included DJ and casino games and I can recommend coming to their events (another recent one was Halloween night, they advertise them on door so make sure to check for the next one/s). On top of that their pizza and food in general are excellent, great place especially for dine-in as their bar area is often jumping with conversations and people enjoying the vibe.

They are extended family to us!! Food I'd out of this world, service is fantastic! Highly recommend !!!

A weekly stop for me and the "guys", fantastic food/service. Ask for Martina in bar area for impeccable service.

It was a quick visit. Sat at the bar. Great menu. Food around me looked great. Upbeat atmosphere. Will come back with family. Bartender, Kevin enjoys his job. We need to work on a paint committee though.

First time I ever went. Very good food. Large portions. The staff was very nice and helpful. My friend who had been there several times recommended the chicken parmigiana and it was excellent.

We have went through so many pizza places in the area with little luck. Then our favorite pizza spot closed down last year unfortunately and we didn’t know where else to try! But were happy to say we finally found our new go to pizza spot at Max Pizza 4. Their Buffalo chicken pizza and arugula pizza is our favorite to order! That garlic sauce is to die for!!!! Service is always friendly and quick!

Food was great, place was clean, and it's literally 3 minutes down the street from lake compound which was awesome because we were starving once we left there and let's face it the price for a hotdog and soda is about the same to feed my family of seven lol so Max's place was the place to be highly recommend.
