Ocean State Job Lot

I was able to find a great winter coat for myself for dirt cheap and also buy one to donate for a Veteran in need. This store alao had cute slippers for $10 and lots of fun food/snacks you woukdn't fimd in a normal grocery store! This particular location appeared clean and organized. The staff was was very nice and helpful!

Love the inventory and staff at this (Torrington) store. The store manager has to be one of the most helpful and nicest people I've ever met in retail. I worked in retail 30 years ago and customer service was priority one for me. It's always great to shop at this store.

Prices are the best. Employees are nice. I recommend the store.

Unique food items at a good price. Found the Italian amerreti cookies I was looking for.

Great price on there Champion sweat pants and sweat shirts

Great prices for equal quality products!! They have a great variety of products to choose from. There's a ton of money to be saved on most items. They last as long as the same expensive ones, bought elsewhere.
**Update: Their prices are still very reasonable during the recession we're in.
The employees never fail to impress me. Great prices and great service.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this OS Job Lot. I usually don't think much of the stores except as a place to get deals on affordable household items. But this store is large, well-stocked and has such a huge variety of products that I don't even see in the department/grocery stores. I found everything I wanted and more.

The workers were incredibly polite and very easy to talk to and get along with. The manager and the cashiers smoothly and enjoyably got customers organized and out of the store. Checking out was a easy positive experience. Also had everything I needed at mind blowing low-affordable prices. I deffinatley recommend trying this store before anything else to see what they have that you need.

It was good. Though the cashier charged me for 3 of the peanut butter inside the pretzels, I only got 2 but was charged for 3. Plus I made a 5 dollar donation to the food bank your store is helping.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful.
Don't forget to look at the eat for free table in this store. It is in the middle right as you are entering the building

Hiding behind McDonald's with ample parking and if you're in a wheelchair easy to get in and out of the store. They always have carts available and the store is clean, organized and the shelves are always full of great deals. I play the crazy deal game of getting something free and going back to buy coffee, Bob's Red Mill and socks as my dryer keeps eating them.

Occupys the old Kmart site, and as a result it's a big store. Lots of good deals. Be sure to know your pricing, some items are more expensive. Overall, u can't go wrong.

I absolutely love this store!!!!! It might sound weird but its my FAVORITE place to go for Nail Polish, Energy Drinks, Headphones and so much more. The prices are fantastic!! Will continue shopping here forever lol. Definitely recommend

I'm a bit of an Ocean State Job Lot connoisseur, I've visited many of them and this one is a little better than average. It's a huge store and it is spread out nicely, the aisles aren't crowded. As is typical with any OSJL, you never know what you'll find in there. I was pleasantly surprised to see a decent late-season selection of flower pots in stock.

Exceptionally reasonable prices, great assortment of almost anything you would need, staff is so friendly. What more could you ask for? Never had a bad experience here thus far.

Found all sorts of great, and some 'non-typical' items and treats --- all at great prices, but even better, the woman at the cash register distinguished herself with her kindness and helpfulness --- it meant quite a lot to me. Wish I could remember her name, she is 'cashier #61945' according to my receipt ... S.

I always love going to Ocean State in Torrington. The employee are friendly and helpful. The prices are good and I love getting crazy deals. Today I got everything to give my bathroom an uplift. Got two rugs, two shower curtains, two liners and a set of towels for $64.00. Great deal
