Clean looking store especially as you walk into main doors... fruit and veggies look amazing & bakery just the same!!! Great job employee's...

I had a great experience with customer service today. I left a gallon of Poland Springs water in the bottom of my cart and when I got home I discovered that I didn’t have it. My sister went back with my receipt to get it for me, but the person at the service desk said they couldn’t do that. When I called customer service in the Bristol, Stop & Shop, Carol answered the phone and told me that she would send me a $10 gift card as an apology for my inconvenience. She was very friendly and nice over the phone and I really appreciated her accommodation

A very clean store. Also we'll stocked. The employee I delt with at the customer service desk was a very friendly and helpful Young man.

The bristol stop and shop is best grocery store flower shop deli bakery butcher shop and seafood supplier all in 1 place lots of selections of everything and always spotless and smells fresh

compared to one of the waterbury stop and shop which is the worst stop and shop in the state due to lots of gang activity and not very clean

Very polite staff, eager to help out. The store was well stocked up, even though it was the beginning of the month when I visited for the first time! Also the aisles were very clean and free of debris...I will definitely continue to shop here :)

This is my go to Stop & Shop. There are always scan-it devices available. The store is clean and the employees are kind. Even after the remodel, I can find everything I need, although I did have a hard time finding chef boyardee for a bit.

The few times I ordered through their app for drive-up, they had just about everything I ordered and properly substituted for any item that wasn't in stock. (There was one day that they were an hour or so behind, but it was right before a holiday and they gave me early notice. I did have an event to attend later in the day, so they worked with me to make sure I would still be there on time)

Today I accidentally left my wallet in a cart and after realizing, I quickly went back and one the employees turned it in to customer service. I am truely grateful to the honesty of your employees. Thank you very much.

First time ordering groceries on the Stop & Shop app for pickup due to covid. Very easy process and easy pickup. GREAT service provided by Judy working in the Pickup/Delivery dept and by the shopper!!! This was a great experience and alternative knowing I didn't have to worry about how to get groceries for my family. Thank you all!!

I love Stop and Shop but I don't like the new shelves in the frozen food aisles. I am a short person and can not reach the top shelves. The shelf use to be like a rack and you could push the item forward with your finger.

Stop&Shop is one of my favorite stores I wish their prices were lower.
But I watch for their sales I take advantage of it.
Sales personnel are very good doing their job young and old are equally nice.

Always pleasant and staff is very helpful and diverse. Employees always ask if you need help finding anything that is very helpful even when you think you know where it is. No complaints at all.

Big store with just about everything you could need, prices a bit high but the fresh foods are top notch. Clean and friendly a little sad Dunkin Donuts is gone tho

Very large store with lots in stock! It's worth the drive over from New Britain when stocking up.

This supermarket has great deals every week and well stocked. Recently lowered their prices on a lot of things. Things are now more affordable for those struggling financially due to the pandemic. Cheaper than most other supermarkets in town

Everything was good until grandma started looking over her rim glasses at me wanting to know if we were gonna wrestle because my nose tip was sticking out, of my mask, so my glasses wouldn't fog. Before I was ready she had her hurry-cane very close to my family basket so I just walked off fixing my mask just like she was thinking.

The first time I went there, there was an older lady at the register who seemed as if she was very miserable and didn't even bother to help me bag all my groceries I had, as if she assumed that I had to do them all by myself when I had $200 + dollars in food to bag, it made me feel like I should have picked the self help aisle due to her showing customers how bad of a mood she was in. You could just hear it in her voice as if she didn't want to work. HOWEVER, I decided to give it another chance and go back to see how my experience would be for the second time. Boy!! What a HUGE difference in customer service than before. I don't want to mention the guys name, however, this guy who just started working there five days ago was the most helpful I have ever seen. He offered to bag all my groceries, and offered to place some of the heavy food underneath my carriage for me. He was also very nice and he had a cheerful attitude. He is a great example of what all employees at stop & shop should be like. Because of him, I will continue to spend my money at this particular location, and give it a five stars. Thank you for changing my view around.

EXCELLENT Tiramisu in their bakery!!! I could not have made a better one myself. It is beyond belief! OMG!! I have never had a better one in my whole life. If you haven't tried it, you have no idea of what you are missing!

You WILL thank me if you buy it.
