Food was hot and delicious. Our drinks never got empty without the waitress asking if we wanted refills.

Food was fresh. People were nice and it was surprisingly clean. I don't usually go to buffet's because they tend to be dirty. Good experience would go again

For the price, this is the best value you can really get for eating out. Large variety of foods. The staff is always super courteous and efficient. It’s surprisingly clean considering, you know, how the other patrons are haha I don’t know how they keep it so nice. Also never been sat directly next to another family, which is nice, to have some space.

This buffet is one of the best I've been to in a very long time. As an NYC native with access to various buffets nearby, I can confidently say this one is better than most others.

The food here was fresh, and delicious. A variety of seafood and steak options that are again, fresh truly makes this a gem in CT.

I am excited to visit again soon.

Compare with all other restaurants, this buffet kept most of the flavors and quality. The most expensive dishes are not there anymore because of the risen prices. Those lower reviews did not consider this factor. Decent food in restaurants are rare now. Torrington Super buffet did not disappoint me after dining her for many year. I hope the price can come down a little, although I understand the challenge. Wonderful cooking skill!

Great food and Jane & Lloyd & Jason (Jane/Lloyd owners. Jason/their son) are very nice people. Been going there since forever and never disappointed. Great owners and great food. An awesome combination for sure. Love Chinese food? Then you will love this place. Great desert selection too!!

This buffet is way awesome!! ... Can't stop laughing at the poor guy that don't know how a buffet works and got mad cuz he can't take table-food home with him 😎 ... by the way, they have hibachi and plenty of sauces!!

The place to go for good service and food that is consistent and comforting. A large variety of options, including for vegetarians. Produce is always fresh, and we always leave satisfied. Not the fanciest, but we still love going here.

This is the best deal for a buffet! The food is delicious and there are a lot of options. I've been many times and all i can say is GO HERE, and for the best food follow the standard buffet rules, go during normal meal times.

Great selection of food. Hot, fresh, maintained. I usually come here for lunch, so I can't comment about dinner selections

Whenever I (we) come here we’re greeted by our usual server ling. They treat us with great respect and are always giving my daughter different kind of candies etc . If the service was that bad who would take time outta there day to do that?. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good Chinese buffet as it is a large one ! They have hibachi in there now as well

One of the best Chinese buffets I've ever been too. Huge variety from oysters and sushi to hibachi chefs to cook you a personal meal. The food is constantly kept fresh as well. A solid 5 stars.

Never have had a bad meal. I’m extremely picky about Chinese food as anytime I eat it from a random place I get sick. This place is the BEST. Hands down. If I can make the half hour drive there, I will. So worth it. The waitstaff could be nicer. But that’s my only complaint.

Place was clean and quiet. Staff were courteous and kept our table clean and refilled our drinks. Food was delicious. Came in hungry...left satisfied ( probably gained 20 pounds. LoL)

Eat here a few times in the last year always was OK for a buffet
The last time I went the dumplings smelled sour general sows was soggy other food was cold and this soup was like dish water at the end I didn't complain I just went to pay the waitress insisted she take my credit card I followed then when I didn't tip they got mad I explained the food was bad that daythey asked me not to return wow I wouldn't have returned anyway 🙃

This is a wonderful spot to go with a group! The selection is wonderful and I've never been disappointed by the food. The wait staff is also very friendly - one waitress even took a picture of my friends for them and they are very patient and don't tend to rush you to leave. All in all, coming to Torrington Super Buffet guarantees a pleasant dining experience.

Good for a quick bite before buying with friends. I always eat three plates at a buffet. Usually one is dessert but in this case I did three different dinner foods. Not hard on the wallet and filled the craving I had.

The food was good and the service was awesome. Bathroom on the other hand was okay
