It's nice dealing with small town/private businesses. Although I will admit even some small businesses have gotten not so good in recent years. Toth insurance agency was like peeking into the past.

I walked in and I was immediately greeted, she was cordial, knowledgeable, and a breeze to work with. Who am I referring to? Her name is Claire. Great experience with toth I don't expect to have to go anywhere else anytime soon.

I made an appointment and worked with their agent Clair.
She cut my auto insurance in half. And that's after adding a new 17 year old driver. After living in 4 states and having multiple policies from different companies over the years, and as someone who works in a customer service related industry in Torrington, I can honestly say the Toth Insurance Agency is one of the best!

It should also be noted that Cheyenne Servin is the best agent!! She took care of all our needs and answered all questions we had. But the best part about Toth Insurance Agency, and Cheyenne, was the PROMPT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It never felt as if I were waiting for a response.
