AT&T Store

After waiting for the other store to open in Bristol I called this location and they told me they are open so I drive here to find out they are not open either . It is now 10:23 and neither Bristol location is open ! WTH?

I went to the store to trade in my 12 pro iPhone and Chase W the sales associate told me I could leave because the transaction was complete After several attempts to contact att customer support I was told the 12 pro had never been returned so I lost a $1000 promotion because it was over 30 days I also spoke to Justin the manager and he told me he knew the 12 pro had never been returned I was told they had no way of contacting me to let me know a problem had occurred I am telling everyone not to go to that store because they don’t care about customers Justin could have contacted his supervisor or att support to get help with this issue and he did nothing
