I have been using Packaging Depot for many years. Anytime I need to ship something to a family member/friend whether it's domestic or international, Amanda is always one step ahead of me knowing which way is best to send it and helping me along the way. Amanda and her staff are very intelligent and knowledgeable, very helpful, and professional. Anytime I walk into the store, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. Thank you Amanda, Wayne and staff for always being amazing! :)

Any time I need anything shipped over seas to family, Amanda and Wayne do an amazing job to make sure they it there safely! They treat my items with care and precision and me like family!!!

Great service and fantastic communication. For, artwork purchased at an auction in CT, USA, we had to arrange shipping ourselves which is very difficult from abroad (Europe) ... unless you get help from Amanda Delmonte and her husband. They provide the best combination of shipping and insurance, requesting multiple quotes to offer the best quality/cost option, handle pickup, careful packing and shipping and all in good consultation and feedback. In short they take care for you on your behalf.

The people there are always so helpful and make everything so easy!

I had messaged Packaging Depot for a pickup, pack & ship quote and Amanda replied rather quickly with a very competitive quote. She was very timely, quite professional & abundantly kind. Unfortunately, the auction house who held my items gave them to another local shipper by accident, so I wasn't able to use the Packaging Depot's services but I can attest that they provided me with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Amanda packed several medium sized pottery crocks and a pitcher and everything arrived intact in Chicago. She could not have been nicer to work with, the communication was great, and it was an overall wonderful transaction. I highly recommend this business!!

This place is fantastic. I can drop my packages off at the counter and walk away and they always get to where they need to be. They packaged and shipped a guitar for half of what it would have cost elsewhere and it arrived in perfect condition highly recommend.

We are a local high-end Auction House, and have used Packaging Depot as our go-to shipper for years. They have shipped thousands of items to our clients with care and in a timely manor. They offer reasonable rates, quality service and are easy to work with.

This place is awesome!! They have the best prices for shipping large items across the country. They told me they couldn’t accept QR code’s for my amazon return but they were super nice about telling me how I could fix it or where else I could return it too. Great customer service and people!

Have used them previously, good service. Went to ship a laptop, they checked rates- suggested I go to USPS, since it would be much cheaper. Integrity- rarely found today!
