XO Studio West Glen

I have been going to Tami for years now. She is such an amazing hair stylist and overall great person. Every time I go we talk like it was yesterday that we saw each other. I couldn't recommend a salon more than this one! She also does a spectacular wax job on eyebrows, lip, you name it! The salon is gorgeous (currently decorated for spooky season, which makes it all the more inviting). If you're looking for a new place to go, XO Studio is the place. They also carry some of the best hair products around!

Desarae was really nice and helpful. I found what I was looking for and ever more. Her store is a really nice place to visit and buy different kinds of things.

I gave this salon a try on a whim as I was in a pinch -- I was not disappointed! Michelle took great care of me. I came in to touch up my roots and she suggested we touch up my highlights so it would all blend together nicely. She is confident, knowledgeable and overall a great gal and I will recommend her to my friends! She took the time to answer my questions about products and showed me how to recreate her handy work using a round brush and blow dryer. Thanks Michelle!

XO salon is one of the best salons in Des Moines. They are extremely clean and have a relaxing and bright atmosphere. Victoria does my hair. She is amazing and the only person I trust to cut or color my hair. She does bangs better than anyone I’ve ever seen. My hair is also noticeably healthy since I’ve been going to her. She is also very down to earth but professional at the same time. I am always very comfortable in her chair. She listens to my wants and always creates the exact vision I am going for. I love this salon and they use great products.

Victoria is amazing! She did wedding hair and make up for my daughter’s wedding party and everyone looked fabulous. She has been doing my hair, and my daughters’ for quite sometime. We love her. XO studio is awesome. I have been here several times and will not be going anywhere else. My hair is the healthiest it's ever been. Charlie is my stylist and listens to what I want and produces a marvelous masterpiece every time. If you are looking for a new salon or stylist, you will not be disappointed at XO Studio. Also, appointment flexibility has also been important to me, as I live a hectic life. I've made appointments on Sundays and early evening hours on weekdays. It's hard to find a salon who puts their customers first and they definitely do that here. Thank you Charlie, my hair is always beautiful and stays that way until I see you again...

Victoria is soo amazing. She's extremely flexible when it comes to booking her appointments. She comes in on her days off and works very well with others' availability. One thing I really appreciate when she does my hair is explaining every step before she does anything. Whenever she is applying products she's very detailed in what it is and how it will help. I think that's a great trait in a stylist. She will definitely take care of all your needs/services.

I booked XO Studio for my hair and makeup services for my Sept. 2021 wedding. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful in walking me through the bridal contract and getting everyone in my bridal party scheduled for their services when I decided to move forward with booking, and Tami made me feel so beautiful for my special day! I had 7 bridesmaids, myself, my mom, my grandma, and my mother in law all come in for services that day, so it was a full house. Tami, Kaitlyn, Ashley, Michelle and Bailey all made us feel so welcomed and got us through hair and makeup with great time. They also provided bagels, fruit and mimosas for us all! I’d highly recommend booking through XO, and I can’t wait to book my next service there even now that I’m no longer a “bride to be.” :) Thank you, ladies!

Victoria has taken care of my men’s waxing needs for years! She’s thorough, quick and knows what she’s doing! I highly recommend her for any of your body hair removal needs! She is very outgoing and never awkward which made me feel comfortable my entire services!

I asked Victoria to be my hair/make up stylist for my wedding day. She has been really good with getting me in to get my hair colored/cut for my wedding. She is very patient with me as I change my mind or not knowing what I am really wanting. When she is doing my hair she actually calls me by my first name when and let’s me know what she’s going to do. When she uses products she explains what products they are and she explains what the products do. I do plan on keeping her as my stylist after my wedding is done and over with. I would really recommend Victoria if needing any kinds of service done.

Victoria Barcelo is a great stylist here. I have had her cut, color, and put in extensions for me. She is also the best eye lash extension tech and has been giving me great lashes for awhile now. Victoria has great attention to detail and is always very accommodating! XO Studio is very clean and inviting, and I would definitely recommend this studio and Victoria's services.

I see Victoria Barcelo at XO studio. She has been taking care of my waxing needs for 2 years now. She introduced me to sugaring, and I will never go back. She is the only person I'm aware of who specializes in sugaring. My skin is smoother and way less in grown hairs! Also, I feel like I am hair free for longer. She always does her best to keep me comfortable during my service. I highly recommend you call her and schedule an appointment today!

Victoria is my GO-TO for waxing. She’s extremely thorough & quick. She also offers sugaring which is a great switch up for less irritation & smoother results! I LOVE IT! She ALSO has done my eyelash extensions in the past & I refuse to go to anybody else. Her work in that area is again, very thorough & my lashes never had irritation, never fell out, and lasted for a long time and looked so natural & beautiful.

I absolutely love XO studio! I’ve been coming here since they opened! Tami is the only person I trust with my hair and eyebrows. She is so talented and easily one of my favorite people! Best stylist and best salon! She runs this salon so well, I’ve never had any issues!

I've have a great experience every time. The salon is beautiful and I always feel welcome and comfortable and after my previous stylist retired I danaidn't know where to begin. My cousin Charlie Bonanno opened the salon here in early 2018, he has 2 very successful salons in Chicago so I am happy to be able to come here now. I get a ton of compliments on the cut and color and I feel like I'm so fortunate to have someone with Charlie's talent doing my hair. I've been to Tammy in the salon as well and she is excellent. Montana is another very talented stylist here.

Nikki does an amazing job!! I’ve gone to her twice now and she takes the time to listen to what I want and she goes above and beyond to make my hair look awesome! The salon is clean and the staff is super friendly. I am so happy to have found such a great salon and hairdresser. I definitely recommend XO Salon!

What a wonderful little salon! My stylist was Tamara and she was a complete sweetheart. She made me feel really comfortable, gave me a great haircut that I’m super thrilled with, and was so easy to talk to. The salon is very clean and the cut was reasonably priced.

I go to Victoria at XO Studio and she is nothing but awesome! She listens to what you want and isn’t afraid to do fun colors which is something I like to do! The studio is fresh and clean and is somewhere you want to hang out and get your hair done. I would definitely recommend going to see Victoria!

I had Victoria do my hair, I want to go blonde. During the process I asked lots of questions and she answered them all and made me feel beautiful and comfortable! The salon was clean and neat!
