Dr. Gerrietts And Dr. Singh are two of the best Dr’s I have been to!! So caring and patient with me and my family. They take their time with you and don’t make you feel rushed or like you’re just another patient to them. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a primary dr. Great office all the way around

Knowledgeable, friendly staff who take care of your healthcare needs professionally and efficiently. You can usually get an appointment the same day if urgent and within a day or so otherwise.

As a first time patient here I have to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any medical facility. I’m very glad I chose to come here and make this my primary care location in the metro. ARNP Christensen was so understanding and helpful, and the nurse and front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, also.

Agree with Trevor about the front desk for sure.. However we really like seeing Barb. If we move out of the area we'll still drive to Johnston to see her. She's attentive, listens and is personable. The other physicians we've seen are great to really. I was beyond impressed when just by looking over my husbands chart she noticed changed in blood pressure and got him on something right away. I know they read the charts, but sometimes you wonder.. especially when you have to repeat things.. Not with Barb. She's on top of things.

Love coming to this office, Doctor Swenka is pretty awesome. The only problem I have is with the front Desk people, they are always so rude. They make it seem like it is the end of the world that they actually have to help people. They roll there eyes, and just not friendly at all. The only reason I keep coming here is because I have a great doctor, if I had a crappy doctor I would not be coming here at all.

I have always been treated well by staff and providers. Attentively listen and genuinely care about your health. Better than other clinics I have been in. Sure everyone has off-days, but more than 98% of the time I have had good experiences with this clinic.

Great services. My family has been seen by Barb Heck and I never had any problem whatsoever. Scheduling and paperwork always done on time. Just nice little clinic with access to huge network of providers if you need it.

Dr. Bishop is awesome. I've never had an issue with anyone at the front desk, they've always been helpful to my family and I.

Dr Alarcon is awesome, I've seen him for ten years.... However, dealing with the staff is impossible. Call the office and you are guaranteed a 45 minute hold time, only to have a message taken which is never returned by the nurse. Refilling prescriptions.... Forget about that - they don't get back to your pharmacy so you have to call (and again with the 45 minutes of hold to leave a message that will never be returned). Very frustrating.
