Amazing staff. I was quickly checked in and assisted all within just a couple of hours. The team here is amazing. Shout out to Klaus. He ordered me a CT scan and really took care of me. Klaus really cared about getting to the root of my problem. I really appreciate the kind of care, attention and bedside manner that I was shown here. Thank you!

I was a patient in the ER this am and was taken care of by many wonderful staff from Tim who checked me in to Jane my primary nurse and Gerry who successfully started my IV and sonnie who drew my blood and Michael who did my CT scan. I felt well taken care of

Absolutely the most wonderful maternity and infant special care team. We had such a wonderful and calming experience with this crew of awesome doctors, nurses and staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I want everyone to know this hospital has some of the best Emergency room nurses in New England. I found the staff to be kind and compassionate and I appreciated my time there. I went to the emergency room Fri. Dec. 1st and got immediate attention from Julie at Triage. She was so caring and thorough in helping determine my issues which were due to a bad reaction to a prescribed medication. Though there was a 5 hour wait, I was attended to throughout the process, receiving EKG, blood work and chest x-Ray. Once all my labs came in and my symptoms subsided, Julie reviewed my panel and said it was o.k. for me to go home. She and Justin helped me get an Uber! Thank you Julie, Lea, Rebecca and so many others who work so hard!
It gave me such peace of mind.

Dr Apryle Gould. RN Amy, Fiona. Nurse Alanna and Laurine make a great team. I was in a very bad position when I reached the hospital. This team made sure I don't die. They did everything necessary to keep my body up ans running. On top on that the courtesy and professionalism of this team is beyond my praise. I am fine today only because of this team. They were all very helpful and nice during my 4 day stay. I thank God I am fine now. But thanks to this team again.

I went to the ER at about 9pm Friday night after a motor vehicle accident and had CT scan and EKG and chest X-ray done and saw the doctor and released with in 2 hours amazing service Hospital was very clean the bathroom was very clean. all the staff were caring and thorough. i appreciate their service. Great job.

Dr. Veale did a great job with my wife helping to deliver our baby boy. She's friendly, professional, and her calm presence helped especially as this was our first child. Also, I want to thank the amazing nursing staff who provided first rate attention and care throughout our four night stay at the hospital. Special thanks to Tara, Jen, Norma, Kelsey, Talia, and our first nurse whose name I've forgotten. Our pediatrician made regular visits as well so thank you Dr. Feldman. And lastly, kudos to other support staff like cleaning personnel, administrators, even the people taking our food orders (the food was great btw). Great job all around...

I want to thank everyone from reception, to triage, to all the nurses, staff, doctor, everyone involved from end to end.

Minor emergency but enough to warrant an afternoon here. The empathy and professionalism experienced here was well beyond any expectations.

They are all underappreciated and overworked from their service to the general public I am sure, yet a literal lifeblood to the community.

I called this Florist for a fairly last minute NYE wedding this past December. I had them do everything from the bouquets to the boutineers, my hair piece, a cake topper, and even the petals for the flower girl! I could not have been more pleased with Lisa's interpretation of my color scheme and floral preferences. Everything was beautiful and the bouquets looked great even about a week after the wedding! I highly recommend them!

Doctor Katharine Veale and her team took amazing care of me during my pregnancy. Doctor Veale is an incredibly nice, caring, professional, and polite person. She was always there for all my questions and concerns. I went into labor on her day off, however, she came to the hospital and took care of everything.
All nurses on the Labor and Delivery floor are nice, professional, and caring. They provided amazing support and help during the labor and delivery. The hospital, food, hygiene, stuff, and everything else is of exceptional level!
It is much easier to go through the whole process when you have someone like them to take care of you. I would highly recommend Dr. Veale and Tufts Medical/Melrose-Wakefield Hospital to everyone who is looking for excellent care!

The reviews here are not accurate. Any hospital emergency room has a long wait time. My fiance was admitted here and so far it's been a few days and he has been treated amazing with great care. The nurse staff is extremely helpful and also very nice to visiting family which makes you feel secure leaving your loved one. Thank you nurse Jennifer floor number 4, you are an angel. Also nurse Shana and nurse assistant Dina. God bless.

My father was taken to the ER from his nursing home, then admitted to the ICU. The staffs in both areas of the hospital have been absolutely WONDERFUL to him! And to me! Cannot ask for better care for Dad!

I gave birth a couple weeks ago and the nursing staff in labor and delivery were absolutely amazing. I stayed for 4 days and had many different nurses in my time there. Every single one of them was so amazing and they’re all angels. They made me so comfortable and made the whole process so calming and beautiful.

Melrose Wakefield did an Excellent job. Took us right in. Wife cut her finger bad on a tomato can making dinner. Skin was flopping over. I took her over and Everyone was very cool and we we're in and out in an hour and a half. They did an excellent job stitching the finger. Everything went perfect with them. Thank you again

Had my first colonoscopy today and every nurse was super sweet and attentive. Quick in and out literally and figuratively. To the nurse from Exeter you are in inspiration!

My experience at the MelroseWakefield Cardiovascular Center was the most pleasant and professionally caring encounter I have ever had at any hospital. I believe the staff truly cares about the well being of the patient, and goes far beyond what is required to move the necessary procedure to a successful and comfortable conclusion. The nurses found ways to accommodate my needs that I hadn't even thought of myself. Follow up calls to my home were sincere and informative. The whole experience far exceeded any positive expectations I might have had.
