Great moving crew, everything went perfectly! Angel, Sigfredo, Eris and Sebastian were efficient, friendly, and professional, handling our furniture and delicate items with care coming out of our third floor walk-up. They showed up right on time and had the whole job done faster than the original estimate - which saved us money, because the job is billed by the hour. They even had packing materials for some of the loose and large items we had struggled to pack ourselves. Ian, who coordinated our move, did a great job helping me estimate the inventory and understand the quote. Great company, great crew! Five stars for Michael's Moving And Storage!

As first time users of a moving service, we were excited about not having to lug around years worth of accumulated stuff but also nervous because of the many horror stories about similar services. Our moving team Felix, Manuel, and Milton quickly alleviated those concerns; we are extremely appreciative of their hard work. We admittedly did not have all of our items organized properly and had several pieces which needed to be disassembled/reassembled. They were communicative through the whole process and did not waste a minute. It was a pleasure working with Michael's and though I hope it's a long time before we have to move again, I wouldn't hesitate to have them help us the next time around.

Felix's team was the best! We had a very large warehouse move with many parts and heavy lifting. They coordinated everything well and went as fast as possible. Often you see moving companies with at least one individual not helping much, but with these guys everyone was putting in maximum effort. Made everything very simple and got the job done. The price was very competitive with other local companies. Definitely will do business with them again! A++.

I would recommend Michael’s Moving and Storage to everyone! I used them for my move and they were top notch! They moved and stored my furniture for two days and then delivered my furniture safely to my new home! Recently moved, and I must have called over a dozen places for quotes. Our goal was to have a moving company that would move 8-10 bigger pieces of furniture while we move over the rest. I loved how nice, responsive and fair the pricing was to conduct our move. There were options to get a discount for off peak time moves which was amazing for our budget. On the day of our move the crew showed up early and started right away. They were so nice and very gentle with our items. I was so impressed with their professionalism and I have already recommended them to a few folks with upcoming moves. We've had friends who have used them as well and they also gave us glowing reviews of Michael's. I hope we do not have to move anytime soon, but if we do I'm calling Michael's

I had the very positive experience of using Michael's Moving & Storage today. My move was from Groton, MA to Manchester, CT. What a GREAT team! They were communicative from Day 1, keept me in the loop in the weeks proceeding my move ,were helpful, respectful and just so nice. These men moved quickly & efficiently throughout the day. I am thrilled with how this company handled my long distance move. I needed a mover at the last minute and these guys delivered! Ian was great with setting everything up for me. Felix, Manny and Charlie were so accommodating and hard working. Everyone involved was spectacular with communication and making sure I was happy. The price was VERY competitive as well. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! A+++++

We moved from a 2-bedroom, third-floor walk up to a single family home, about a mile apart in JP.

Everything about hiring Michael's was great! Their customer service (especially Jaclyn) was helpful and transparent. Their quote/estimate was accurate. Julio and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient. We had the "half pack" option (where they pack your stuff for you). Everything was safely packed. All the furniture was disassembled and then reassembled in our new house. It took about 6 hours total. At the end of the day, the cost was more than 50% cheaper than other estimates I received via email. TOTALLY WORTH IT!

I would use Michael's again and recommend them to friends!

We chose Michael’s moving for a move across town, what a good choice! From planning the move to moving day, everything was flawless. Spot in estimate for timeline and reasonable prices. We moved from a condo to a single family home and the crew was did such a good job. They were efficient, hard working, and respectful of our condo neighbors quiet time. We had a heavy items with no access to an elevator and they made it work!

The experience started on the phone with Jackie, who had great customer service, she was thorough and the quote she provided was pretty accurate as well. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the process.
The movers worked so quickly and smoothly and thoughtfully asked where we wanted everything placed. They disposed of all trash. They were on time and communicated well. The professionalism was above board and I am grateful for their good service and I highly recommend to anyone in need of moving services.

Best decision I’ve ever made. Everyone at Michael’s Moving & storage was so professional. From the start Bryan gave me the complete rundown of the entire moving process, he made everything so easy to understand. Their crew was AMAZING, they took extreme caution packing and moving all of our stuff. They are extremely reliable and friendly! I would certainly recommend this moving company.

Roberto and his crew were amazing! They showed up on time ready to go. We had quite a few large pieces of furniture to move in addition to boxes and misc items. They efficiently disassembled (when necessary) and packed all our furniture with care fitting far more than I thought their truck could fit. At the new house they moved everything to the right rooms, assembled the furniture and moved it to where we wanted it. Throughout the process they were very accommodating to our requests and provided excellent service.

Besides that Michael’s Moving was very price competitive and their online quoting system allowed me to enter all our items easily. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Michael Mover are professional for the entire moving process. Very well organized and affordable. They don’t take advantage of your time. I’ve used them 3 times already. I had 2 different locations I needed furniture moved from and to and they was AWESOME. Where I live the traffic is a nightmare all day long. However, the staff made it happen in a timely matter. Once they reach the new location, they unload and reassemble the furniture. Not a scratch!! I definitely recommend them…😃Thank you

We moved on 7/19/2023 and it could not have been a better experience! We needed two trucks, had two different delivery stops and everything went smoothly! The crew was amazing to work with, very professional, hard working and efficient. They worked very well as a team and made moving seem easy. They made sure all of our belongings were very well taken care of. Everything arrived in perfect condition including an antique bedroom set from the 60’s. The team did everything from helping fix our front door to making sure every chair had chair pads to not scratch the new hardwood floors. I would highly recommend Michael’s to anyone! Also a special thank you to Jackie who helped us book over the phone. She was easy to talk to and gave us an accurate quote for the job. I had a wonderful experience with Michael's. They were recommended by my relator who said they were the most economical, which they were after I got estimates from other movers. The process was easy. Bryan conveniently came to my home and answered all my overwhelming questions and ensured boxes were delivered the next day. He was available for any questions that came up during packing. Most remarkable was that on the actual big moving day, the guys (Felix, Alex, and Mario) were amazing and worked so hard with a wonderful attitude. It was a LONG day. It was a complicated move, we had a house and storage unit to pick up from, and another house and storage unit to move into 3 hours away. They showed up at 8am and finished up with packing up our new storage unit at 10pm, and still had to do the 3hr drive back home. They never seemed tired or frustrated, even when we asked for a few things to be moved to different locations after changing our minds once we saw how they looked in the new house. We were so grateful for their professionalism and would highly recommend the whole team! Thank you, Michael's!

Getting a reliable mover to move safes is a challenge in itself. Jaclyn from Mike's made the process easy. The 4 movers picked up the safe at Cabela's and delivered it without issue. They removed the packing and set it where I had specified. Will recommend them.
