This place is awesome great staff friendly helpful. Can't say enough about this place rather come here than go one in Lexington. Never fail get what I want give good work.

They back what they sell. Had an issue with a snowblower, they addressed it right away and set up a replacement delivered the next day. Always excellent in store service as well.

I love ACE hardware Stores and the people who work there. They jave every little going and know what it's used for and where it is located in their stores. Shattuck Ace Hardware did not disappoint! Very knowledgeable, kind and friendly (probably family owned) people. Thank for helping me find just the right nut for my dining room table!

Stopped by this afternoon to pick up a pvc drain for my leaky bathroom sink and needed a few other items. Mark went above and beyond and was pleasant and helpful. My loyalty to Lexington Ace is confirmed.

Went in to match a stain color and used their excellent Benjamin Moore system. Near perfect match. Their staff is helpful and friendly-- they know what they are selling and over expertise and advice. This is a true neighborhood hardware store with everything you can think of for sale- a pleasure to shop in.

Feels like a mom'n'pop but don't be deceived by the small front...they are fully stocked with multiple rooms in the basement. Help is always nearby so no need to wander around for a half hour trying to find an employee. A homeowners dream for easy pickups and last minute fixes.

Your neighborhood hardware store. Prices aren't a cheap ad the depo cheapo. But hey you save the difference in gas and you support local small business. Win win

This place is a small cramped local hardware store. Fortunately, the staff is friendly and very helpful in locating the right parts for home projects and emergency situations. It's definitely better to ask them for help than to browse.

Very helpful. Reasonably priced, right in line with the big box retailers. Cab be tough to pull In and out of the parking lot. But plenty of space to park once you do.
