Best place to have laser hair removal. I’ve had the procedure done before but it wasn’t done correctly. After doing further research I checked out UniQ laser center in Watertown. Beautiful and clean atmosphere, the staff are so lovely. Vanessa has been caring for me while I visit for my appointments and she is just wonderful. Best results and they have a menu of many other goodies to book. Go visit them, book an appointment, call and ask questions but I will save you the trouble and tell you that is the place to be! They are running holiday specials! Check them out!

LOVE UniQ Laser! I've been seeing Olivia for almost 2 years now and she's absolutely the BEST!!! She is truly a gem, and largely the reason why I keep coming back. Needless to say, laser can be tough (ouch!) so the team goes above and beyond to make you as comfortable as you can be. Very thankful for how understanding and accommodating UniQ Laser has been to me.

I've been to 5 different businesses for laser hair removal. Uniq is the best out of all of them. They act totally normal/clinical if you want hair removed in awkward places, if you know what I mean. They are open minded to diversity. I have seen several technicians at Uniq and they have all been excellent (Olivia is my favorite). According to my research, they have the best laser that there is. I am now so crazy smooth... everywhere. I have practically no body hair at all. I shave once or twice a month just in case there are strays.

Loving the new staff this year! Went in for my second round of laser last week (excellent results with the first, but it takes more than one round to see permanent results). Both Georgia and Vanessa were total sweethearts. I would dread going in last year because the staff was pretty nasty which really impacted the energy of the place, but things feel much better now that there are new faces. Very excited to see the finished results this time. Reasonable prices considering they have a deal each month, and lovely staff!

This place is really great, in large part because of Olivia. She has been here three years and is the absolute best. I have seen her multiple times for full body laser hair removal. She is thorough, gentle, kind, and makes the experience fun. After seeing a number of underwhelming people who just quickly skimmed over me and did my entire body in 20 minutes, not really removing the hair, I got an appointment with her. She goes section by section and is meticulous. I won’t see anyone else.

I love UniQlaser. I signed up for 8 sessions of hair removal for my upper lip and chin at their Watertown center.After 7 sessions, my chin hair is almost gone. My upper hair has been reduced to 50%. I signed up for another package and the manager gave me a good discount. The staff are very professional and the place is absolutely clean. I have received services from them during this pandemic and feel safe to do so.
