Swapped to Verizon from TMobile. I wasn't fully prepared. The dude was very patient. My apologies, I forgot his name. (I'll have to check my receipts and edit the review.) Got everything figured out. Gave great advice for the new phone, plan, and peripherals. Perfect service.

David is simply AMAZING! I have never had a remotely positive experience in a Verizon store, but David not only exceeded expectations for Verizon but nearly any and all customer service experiences for me personally. David listened to my desires and educated me around products and options while making it very easy to follow along. I cannot recommend David and Verizon at Lexington highly enough.

Charlie spent a very very pleasant and productive hour-plus with me. I purchased a new phone, much advanced over my old old one.He set up the new one, transferred my data, applied/installed a case and screen protector and familiarized me with the phone. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable. An overall excellent experience. Only downside: I need additional help from AOL for getting my email to work. This an AOL problem, not a Verizon problem.

Max is the store manager, he did a fantastic job for me getting back on track with various markers. You should have Max’s all over the place, what a star, Jim Bartlett

I recently upgraded my phone at this Verizon Store. The support that I got at the store from Schon-Ray Joseph was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and service oriented. He helped me navigate the bureaucracy of Verizon and get exactly the phone I wanted and transfer all the data from my previous phone. It was a very good experience.

I just want to echo the very good reviews. They have a clear commitment to customer service and satisfaction, and they know their stuff. There is no pressure to purchase. Matthew was very helpful assisting with a SIM card transfer. I will definitely purchase my next phone or accessory from the Verizon store in Lexington.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had buying a phone! Neel and Zach are extremely helpful and kind salesman. They answered all of my questions and were completely transparent. If you are a Verizon customer and you go to another store to buy a cell phone, you're doing it wrong. Get yourself down to the Im wireless in Lexington Mass.

They made the experience very exciting. I will do as much business as I can do with them. Matthew got me into the Note 10 and talked about all the other promotions that took place. Very detail-oriented and did not hesitate to help me with any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in a 10 mile radius.

I made the drive out here from Somerville today to avoid the Galleria on a Sunday and it was well worth it. Street parking was super easy to find and I had the place to myself. Both employees on duty were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had LOTS of questions about the best choice for upgrading my iPhone and they patiently answered all of them. I will definitely be going back to this location any time I need assistance with my cell plan.

When we purchased a new IPhoneXR, both the salesperson and later the manager spent time with us to move our data over from the old phone, set us up with iCloud backup. Very courteous and helpful, an excellent experience. Much better than Verizon direct.

Very nice staff and good experience. I came to buy a car charger and I was pleased that the sales person did not try to sell me all other things although he checked my account and saved me some money on the bill.

Very helpful, needed the new phone quickly with all my info from my phone. He was was very helpful and told me to come back if I had any issues with the phone, I did, and he promptly showed me me what I was doing wrong, and fixed the problem.

Donnie at this Lexington location is excellent.
We visited Lexington directly from visiting another nearby Verizon store. The other Verizon store was ok, but we had looked on the internet for the phone my daughter wanted. The first place we went to said that our choice (the iPhone SE) was old, not fast, they tried to sell us a more expensive phone (an iPhone6 or an iPhone7), and they said they'd have to order it to get it into their store, all of which was believable.
However, when we went to the Lexington Verizon, and told Donnie the same information (i.e., happy with current phone, an old iPhone5c, but the screen cracked), the first phone to which he directed us was the one we thought was best, he said it just came out less than a year ago, was actually as powerful as a more expensive phone (just a smaller screen and thicker case for the iPhone SE rather compared to an iPhone6), and he had all the colors in stock.
The other Verizon stores might be ok, but make sure to visit Donnie M. in Lexington before deciding. He's very knowledgeable and won't try to upsell you. And, he gave us $20 off when buying the tempered glass along with a case for the iPhone. If you can't find street parking, there's a parking lot in the back.
