I have been coming here for all routine dental work for the last 3 years and wish I had enough words to describe how incredible the patient experience is from start to finish. Dr. Cha along with the rest of the staff personalize the experience and always come into work with smiles on their faces. I talked this place up so much to the point it convinced my wife to switch dentists! Not to mention all of the dental hygienests have such a gentle touch, I never experience pain or discomfort when I am in the chair. Can't recommend this place enough!

I started at CDG last August. Today I had my second appointment for a tooth cleaning. I was once again delighted by the entire experience. Judy, the hygienist, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and pointed out a few teeth that need treatment. She was both friendly and professional, putting me at ease. Dr.Cha examined my teeth and explained clearly what needed to be done, also recommending I start using a water pick. Evan, at the front desk was super helpful and nice. Being new to dental insurance, I was clueless as to what would be covered etc. He explained it all, sent an estimate to me and will work with my insurance company and set up my appointments for the work to be done. Last, but not least, I must add that CDG uses all the latest equipment and has the most comfortable patient chair! They really make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I have already recommended Dr. Cha to friends and will continue to do so.

Not only are you greeted with the nicest and genuine staff, but you are explained in detail everything! From consultation, to insurance and billing, to your record taking to the oral scan. I even had my aligners cleaned for me while I waited.
Dr. Cha is very educated as a dentist and it shows as she explained everything in detail of what we're watching for, what was never explained and what to expect after my active orthodontic treatment.
Highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking outstanding treatment especially with anxiety or some years of oral health mistreatment.

I had the best experience at Cambridge Dental Group! Not only did the dentists make me feel comfortable with all the nerves that come from being at the dentist, but the front desk made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in! Recommending this place to family and friends!

Dr Kim and Dr Cha are both amazing. I have always been very fearful of dentistry and they both helped me overcome. A dentist is one part but a well staffed, qualified proficient office staff seals the deal. Hygentist are also excellent. I go to both Inman and central square locations.

Iv been to alot of dentists over the years and this one is my favorite. The staff was friendly and made sure you were comfortable, they even gave me sunglasses so that I didn't have to stare in the light. They communicated well and told you everything they were doing. They even took a 3D picture scan of your teeth so you can see your x-rays and the pictures to know what they were talking about. Dr. Kim was very gentle when cleaning, I didn't have any pain with the tools. Overall I had a great experience.

Dr. Cha is amazing!! She's very thoughtful, comprehensive, and really listens to your concerns. I also appreciated her proactively thinking about my insurance coverage/the cost of services and making that part of the conversation. She's been critical in identifying dental issues and also helped me with more cosmetic concerns. Would highly highly recommend Dr. Cha and the practice as a whole, the staff are super friendly!

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Cambridge Dental! The staff are thorough, professional, kind, and knowledgable. Dr. Cha always explains each step of the exam or procedure as she goes and I had an easy, painless filling done here which made me feel more at ease about future dental work I will need. Highly recommend!

Dr. Cha is kind and empathetic and extremely good at what she does. She has a great way of explaining exactly what is going on and why something is necessary, using arguments rather than authority and gives transparent options where she clearly points out which parts are essential and which are nice to have. She also works tirelessly to get my insurance to do its job and pay for as much as possible. Last but certainly not least, she is kind to her staff. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but I've never minded going there as little ;-) Very highly recommended.

I have always been afraid of seeing dentists because I have sensitive teeth. But Cambridge Dental changed my POV. Dr. Cha is the most gentle and efficient dentist I have ever met! She was able to answer any questions I had and always checked in to make sure I was not anxious/in pain. Not only were procedures painless, everyone in the office were also very personable and got to know patients individually. Shoutout to Sylvia, salamat po~ Absolute favorite experience at a dental clinic and highly recommend!

I have had two superb cleanings here and Dr. Cha's touch is unbelievably gentle. The cleaning tool is practically silent and you don't even know you are being worked on!
I had a implant post put in a while ago and Dr. Cha will be putting the crown on the post for me. She is treating me with Invisalign first to make room for the new crown. I have complete confidence in her practice!

Cambridge Dental Group is great! The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I took a while to switch to a new practice when I moved over to Cambridge, but I am glad that I did. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional dental group in the Boston area!

to hop on the T and get treatment. The staff are very friendly, willing to explain my treatment plan and I don’t get the chance they’re trying to upsell me on treatment I don’t need. Really believe they are doing what’s best for my dental health! Highly recommend
