7-Eleven

Needed an emergency body lotion to survive from the cold in Boston at 10 pm. The 7-Eleven is located at a convenient location at an intersection near Elm Street, Somerville.

The store is typical to other 7-Eleven outlets and has a lot of items. Staff is nice.

I don't know what the rest of the yuppies are on about but incase you weren't aware, this is a 7/11, not the Ritz. I go there almost every day and the folks there are nice and professional. It's a very clean store and it always stays stocked, plus they are open 24/7 (pandemic times may vary). All around a great store and probably the best 7/11 in the area.

Very good mainly in the morning 🌄 and afternoon for fresh 🍓 fruit and cheese 🍕🧀 for first 🥇 in line for customer 😊💕 service to buy what you like to eat and good deals!

It's a typical 7-eleven.

While the staff are friendly, the stock is not rotated enough and I have gotten several stale items over the last year, most notably chocolate. Many of the chocolate items I've purchased have had the white rind of age and were very clearly spoiled.

The people here are sometimes very rude, one guy in particular is kinda Nasty to all the customers

They are simply never open anymore except during regular hours. I understand that during the quarantine part of the pandemic they had a sign posted that they were only open from 7a-11p (haha). And then for a year after....? At some point I believe they started opening at 6am. Currently there's no sign whatsoever and it says online that it's back to 24 hours.

The store is fine, always out of Dr Pepper 2-liters, but the reason I have to give 2 stars is that they are still open 24/7 except the doors are locked to the public. Covid-19 or not, there was always someone inside, all the giant signs never get turned off, even cars in the lot sometimes.

Rather frustrating when you live on a block with a 7-Eleven on both ends. FYI, the other 7-11 was always still open 24/7 hours, but let's just say there's a reason it's gone. I have no idea what it is, btw.
But if you've been there at 3 or 4am, you'd "just say".... As well now that it's a liquor store.
And it's funny how I was just pondering the other day how there really should be a few more liquor stores in and around Central Square in Cambridge.
