I highly recommend Dr. Joy and her team. They are all very friendly and great at what they do. I was an adult patient, and I really appreciated the time and attention to detail that Dr. Joy took with my case. The staff were also so attentive and kind whenever I called the office or had a question during treatment. I had put off my orthodontic care off for too long, and I am very happy with the final result that Dr. Joy and team were able to provide for me with their thorough care.

Dr. Joy Kasparian and her team are super friendly, they get the job done, they never keep me waiting in the waiting room, and they always explain and answer any questions I have. Whenever I have a scheduled appointment I don't mind going cause they are great! 👍🦷🪥

Everyone at this office is nothing short of fantastic. I was very new and nervous about my 10 yr old daughter starting treatment. Dr. Federico and her team are super sweet and educate you on treatment every step of the way. Also my daughter's had quite a few appointments and I don't think we've waited more than a minute at the time appointment. I can honestly say in my experience that doesn't happen often. If your a nervous mom like myself, I can say with 100% confidence this team is wonderful and I appreciate them so much!

I had braces for two years and my teeth look amazing! When i had an emergency Dr. Joy would see me as soon as possible. Joy, along with the other staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. I even got to get my braces off a couple weeks earlier!

I'm currently receiving adult Invisalign treatment from Mystic Valley Orthodontics. Dr. Joy is a delight. A consummate professional, she's a great provider of care with a wonderful personality. I can say the same for the entire staff.. everyone in the office has been a pleasure to work with. I came here thanks to a referral from my dentist when I sought out orthodontists, Dr. Demonteverde (whom I also love and have been going to for years now). I would highly recommend to anyone in need of orthodontic work.
