When I had to move for the third time in five years, I was a little despondent looking at yet another apartment search. It’s the only reason I even considered working with an agency. And Rent Source didn’t disappoint. From the moment I spoke to Andrew on the phone, I could tell that he understood my budget and my needs. Within two weeks I had a few different options—all good and worth considering. Was easily the most stress-free apartment hunt I’ve ever had. 10/5 stars… I can’t recommend Rent Source highly enough.

Alex is a very nice person. He helped to pick a nice apartment in unfamiliar city . When moving-in issues emerged, he did everything to resolve them. Highly recommended!

Great guys who really know their stuff. Made a painful process easy. I worked with Alex, who was a lot older than I expected him to be (compared to other agents in the area), but with his experience comes a great knowledge of the area. Cool guy.

Do not work with Matthew Real-Costa. He does not answer his phone and hardly answers messages. We were the first to tour the unit and immediately filled out the application. He said first come first serve. Despite completely filling out the application, he stated we didn't submit documents that he had never mentioned to us before. Instead of working with us, he gave the apartment to someone else. Unprofessional behavior, and a terrible communicator. We wasted 6 hours of driving time getting to the tour to be treated with no grace or compassion.

Our real estate agent was pushy, didn't respect or follow COVID guidelines (wouldn't wear a mask, had to be reminded to wear a mask, had to be reminded to wear his mask correctly), was dismissive, disrespectful and overall really unpleasant to work with. We spoke with the landlord who hired him and shared this feedback. The landlord agreed and shared she also had really negative experiences working with him. Would never recommend this agency in future to friends or others.
