This office is a gem! Kevin and Julie at the front desk are so warm, welcoming, and very customer service oriented. Within five minutes you feel they are your new friends. Bonnie cleaned my teeth, and I loved how she checked in with me periodically to see how I was doing. What I loved most was not feeling “judged” because I don’t floss as much as I should haha. Dr. Du was so kind and answered my many questions. I have some preventive work that needs to be done, and she didn’t pressure me to make any decisions immediately. I left with a good timetable and information to consider.

This dentist office is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient-centered, and I plan on having my entire family come. I strongly recommend to anyone who has dentist-anxiety - this office alleviates all nerves with their kindness.

Had a great experience here as a first time patient! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I went in for a cleaning and with a couple of questions about Invisalign. They were able to take all my scans, come up with a treatment plan, check my insurance coverage, and quote an estimate all right then! I was in and out for a cleaning and a while Invisalign plan in less than an hour. The best!

I had a broken tooth that was fixed with root canal and three fillings by different dentists over two decades. My dentist recommended that it should go and recommended other practice because he doesn’t perform extraction. I hesitated because fearing for pain until the tooth was broken and the gum pain. At this point I realized that this tooth should be taken out as soon as possible. I called practice including Harvard Dentistry school. All said that the earliest appointment would be a month later. Luckily I was referred to Dr. Du. I got the appointment next day in early morning. I am so impressed by the professionalism, skills and friendly manner of Dr. Du, assistant Booma, front desk staff Kevin and Julie. The whole procedure of extraction plus bone grafting was done smoothly and painless. The recovery has been well so far. I am so grateful for the dental care and excellent service by Dr. Du and her team. Highly recommend!!!

I recently moved to the area and I needed a dentist that made the process comfortable and affordable. Thankfully Sudbury Dental Smile Center made the check-up a breeze. The dental hygienist was especially professional and did such a good job. She even told me I had very nice teeth which really hyped me up. Julie (the nice lady on the phone) planned out my ENTIRE visit and took care of the paperwork in a painless manner. All this goes to say, I heavily encourage whoever needs a better dentist to try Sudbury Dental Smile Center out!

I have been visiting Dr DU’s office for past 10 years. Dr. Du is wonderful and the best. She is very patient and genuinely care for your well-being. I had done many dental treatment there, including Invisalign.It gives my confidence to smile beautifully . The office is always very clean and organized, with team of very professional doctors and friendly staff.

I had an issue with an old dental work that requires a bit fixing. Last time when it was done by another dentist, it was done poorly so not surprisingly, it did not last long. I thought to reach out to this office to give it another try. The office manager quickly set up an appointment with Dr. Dai. After looking at the situation, the Dr. correctly diagnosed the problem - it was not fully cleaned up before the new fixing procedure was performed. The Dr. did a thorough, meticulous removal of the old residual materials and then applied the new materials. Very nicely done. I am very struck by the skill, attention, and professionalism by Dr. Dai, as well as the staff and assistant. Thanks.

Dr. Tsai did a root canal procedure on me yesterday, two hours before I had a job interview which I was nervous about. I told her afterwards that it was the easiest experience I’ve ever had at the dentist by far. I couldn’t even feel the novocaine shot, and the actual procedure itself was completely painless. After the novocaine wore off, I had no pain at all and I made it through my interview.

I started going to this office just recently and from the get-go everyone has been so kind - Dr. Dai, Booma, Kevin, and everyone else; they are all very sweet and welcoming, and its helped take away most of my worries/anxieties surrounding the dentist.

Dr. Du has been my dentist for well over a decade and I continue to be very appreciative of (and grateful for) her outstanding care and expertise!! The staff in general are very warm and helpful. Those at the front desk patient and accommodating. I've recently had cleanings done by hygienists Samuel and Adam and was very pleased with both—their detailed work and kind care.

So amazing!! Came to this office after I aged out of my pediatric dentist during the pandemic and the experience was so great I will be staying with the practice. The whole team is so friendly had made me feel comfortable. The visit made me walk away smiling!

I've been a Dr. Du's patient for many years. Words can't say enough how amazing Dr. Du is in spirit and in her work. I was very impressed with her passion, knowledge and professionalism. She consulted with me about my dental history to ensure that she is aware of everything necessary for a successful outcome. She understands the importance of details when it comes to dental care, which is why she is so effective at her job. My husband and I are new patients to this practice and I feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Both of us have needed a ridiculous amount of dental work over the years and our last dentist moved to a practice that wasn't accepting our insurance. Dr. Du came highly recommended from a friend and both my husband and I have been to this practice for cleanings, and replacement of old, cracked filings which resulted in some tooth decay, in recent months and we are not only thrilled with the Doctors and hygienists, but with the office staff as well! Dr. Du is incredibly gentle and thorough and takes her time with procedures. The hygienists are capable and compassionate and Kevin at the front desk is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. I've already told some friends about our good experience at this practice and will continue to recommend Sudbury Dental Smile Center without hesitation.

I really liked Yulin? She was a great hygienist. She was very friendly and conversational before doing the cleaning. she was very professional and prepared me for what she would do beforehand. She checked to see if I was alright because I had a few sensitive spots. The whole staff was friendly and professional. I will continue to get dental work done there!

Dr. Ronnie Du and her entire team were great - they are kind and professional. I was a new patient with the clinic. The doctor identified the issues with my teeth and came up with treatment options quickly. The hygienist did fantastic job cleaning my teeth thoroughly.
