Gables Arsenal Street

Hey Internet,

I've lived at Gables Arsenal Street going on 4 years now. TLDR: Gables Arsenal Street is amazing.

A few things:

1. The location is perfect. It's the optimal hybrid of being close enough to Boston but just far enough away. You get peace and quiet if you want it but you're only a 12 minute drive to Prudential Center if you want to run with scissors in the city.

2. The living spaces and amenities (pool, common areas, theatre, etc.) are beautiful. Despite this, very few people actually use them and you have free rein over what you want. You'd think people would use the 10K treadmills/ Grills/ Etc, but hey, more for me - I'm not complaining.

3. Probably should have led with this but they have the most incredible staff. David L. (Property Director) is next level in terms of taking care of residents. He and his staff are personable and timely with all resident issues. I've seen them at all hours of the day and night taking care of residents. Please give that man a raise - seriously I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job.

Gables Arsenal Street has been great from the very first interaction to even moving out. Zachary Barbosa is an absolute rockstar to work with (highly recommend working with Zachary!). We loved the amenities and neighbors if you choose to get to know them! It's in a nice location and right down the road from Arsenal Yards.

😍I am very happy to stay here. Really, the level of service and the people are very cooperative. I feel that everyone is my family, especially since I am from Dubai and I have no family or relatives here. But I did not feel alone. Everyone is cooperative and I always feel comfortable. There is no disturbance or problems, and the place is very clean. In all honesty, the building is excellent in all aspects. There is no default. I love living here with my two children. Thank you

I put in a maintenance call for one of my windows would not open and maintenance came and left me a note that the window contractor will schedule a repair. Very good service from Niurfred Astwood of maintence, terrific service!! Apt. 417

My experience at gables has been great! The complex is always well kept, the amenities are very nice, and the community of people are very kind. I haven't had any major issues in the 9 months of living here.

I also want to highlight Zach of the leasing team. He has been a great help to me from my tour, move-in, and throughout my leasing experience!

Gables Arsenal Street deserves at least FIVE stars. On my initial tour, I was impressed by the level of service and attention to detail that is so clearly the priority here. Zach, my leasing agent, was so enthusiastic during my tour and ensured a great move-in experience (loved the welcome package waiting for me in the kitchen when I arrived!). The amenities are terrific, any maintenance requests are handled swiftly, everyone (both staff and residents) is friendly and my apartment is quiet. Highly recommend!

We have lived here for about 11 months now and everything has been wonderful! The staff is incredible. If there are any issues that need repairs/fixing, Gable's maintenance team is on it. The units are spacious and have really high ceilings which make the space feel even larger. The amenities are luxurious and clean. Gable's is pet friendly which makes for a great community. We are looking forward to renewing our lease :)

If you desire an impeccable level of service, care, attention to detail, and next-level accommodations head over to Gabels on Arsenal Street. Out of the properties I’ve visited while apartment searching Gabels property was my favorite. Zach in the leasing office was helpful and attentive. He is well seasoned in his job and went the extra mile to ensure I felt welcome on my tour. I wish more properties had employees that enjoy their place of employment as much as he does.

I recently moved into The Gables at Arsenal. The process was stress-free thanks to the wonderful staff that helped me get situated. The Office and Maintenance staff are all very nice and seem happy to help. The neighbors are also very friendly. So, I have felt welcomed to the family.

The complex almost feels like a hotel, it has beautiful amenities and decor, and it is always clean. I’m very happy to be here!

We moved here last week, the move went really smoothly. There was a care package left on the kitchen island with very useful goodies that made us feel very welcomed. Our pup, Waffle has been loving the patio experience. Overall a very quiet and safe community!

So far my experience with Gables at Arsenal St has been great. The property is kept extremely clean and well maintained. Both residents and staff have been polite and respectful.

I am particularly happy with the assistant community manager, Nick. He was very helpful and forthcoming all the way from the original tour, through the move in process, and with my inquiries after settling in.

Ima was the best!!!! Thank you so much for coming to help get us squared away. Happy holidays!!!

It will be already the 5th year since I have been living at Gables and want to admit that it's the best place I've had ever lived !
Everything is so convenient living here: close proximity to Supermarkets,
Department stores like Target, Best Buy, Marshall; lots of restaurants... Mass Pike is right there - it takes just 15-20 minutes to reach Downtown or Logan Airport!
I am very pleased with the conditions at the building! The management is working very hard to keep this place very safe, clean and in excellent condition. It's cleaned every single day (including Saturday & Sunday),
the maintenance crew is very helpful and reliable.
What is amazing (at least in my point of view) you don't have to own a car living here - city transportation right at your door!
I want to thank the very good people in management and all the workers at Gables Residential for keeping up the great job!

Love living here! Well managed property, nice amenities, worth the price and good location. Overall very happy here so planning to stay after living here for 4 years and looking for alternatives, nothing in the Watertown area compares. Gables has better amenities, appliances, apartment layout, parking garage, beautiful park on site and pet friendly. The staff and building maintenance is reliable and helpful. Highly recommend living here :)

I’ve been living here for over a year and just moved to a new unit in this building. Perfect management team and staffs! I had some trouble with my moving. I could not get my new keys directly from the office because of my schedule, so I asked if they can leave it in a parcel pending on the day before my moving. Surprisingly, they offered me an even earlier time based on my schedule! I got my new keys TWO DAYS EARLIER than I expected and had extra time for moving! That is really thoughtful and sweet! Love these people and definitely will stay in this building for longer.

Love the apartment and amenities! Huge closets , immaculate grounds. the staff - cleaners, maintenance, and main office are always so helpful and conscious of our needs. Staff is so helpful and welcoming!
Great place to reside.

The leasing office was helpful to hearing out my needs and wants for finding an apartment. The leasing agent Connie was very insightful on the tour she gave me and seemed to know the building inside and out. I liked the amenities they provided and the units were very nice and spacious, especially the walk in closets. the location is right outside of Boston and right up the street from a mall which I found to be convenient. I would recommend living here to someone looking for luxury apartments.

When my wife and I decided to relocate to the Boston area we looked at essentially every complex in the area in this price range before leasing at Gables Arsenal. We've now been here 9 months and are as impressed today as we were throughout the leasing and move-in process. First the basics: The apartment has a great layout with top-notch features. The building amenities are second to none--we've used the Clubhouse frequently and can't wait to use the great pool. The location is super convenient. Also, everything is always immaculately kept.

Although you may be able to find those features elsewhere (I doubt it), what you can't find is simply the best office and building staff anywhere. To a person, I've never come across a staff more singularly focused on their residents more. Every single member of the staff (office and maintenance) is wired to go above and beyond for the residents.

When you add it all up, we are delighted with our choice to live at Gables Arsenal: High quality building and apartments, great amenities and a a staff commitment to the residents that can't be matched.

I just renewed my lease at Gables Arsenal Street so I'm living here for a little over a year. I love living here!! Not only is it a safe place to live you can't beat the location. The amenities are incredible and everything is always kept so pristine and clean, including the grounds, garage, and pool. The quality of the apartments and appliances will be tough, if not impossible, to find anywhere else this close to Boston. As far as the staff goes - absolutely nothing will beat the wonderful management staff here. Ryan, Makrina, and Kevin all truly care about you and really go out of there way to make your living experience so comfortable and effortless. No question or request is ever a bother - they're all very accommodating and friendly!! They helped my decision to stay an easy one!

I've had the pleasure of interacting with one of your leasing professionals at Gables Arsenal Watertown and it was a breeze. Zach answered all my questions and concerns in detail! Thank you Zach and keep up the great work team!!
