Target

this target is HUGE! i always go here when i need to get a plethora of things. they always have it in stock. there’s a starbucks and a ulta in the beauty area. which i thought was so cool. the toy area is also huge. i wish the boys section had more of a variety but maybe it’s the season? you can find wine and adult beverages here. it’s really like a one stop shop and reminds me of ikea because it feels like a maze of everything you want to buy. go on a day you can enjoy a slow shopping trip.

I went to the Watertown Massachusetts Target to buy some watch batteries that I had seen online. The gentleman name JC that worked there was so kind to help me out and walk with me over to where it should be. It was not there so he had me wait there and then he ran to a couple other places by the registers. It wasn’t there so he told me to follow him to the area in the back of the store while he went to the warehouse area to check the battery section. Again, nothing was there. So he led me to the area to the mall entrance and there was a freestanding battery kiosk there and my batteries were there.

In the time that I was walking around the store with him, I was having a conversation and found that he had a really great attitude about working there and helping customers. Also, while I was with him a number of target employees came up to ask him for information. Seems like he’s a real “go to guy” for a lot of the employees. And I could see how patient he was not only with myself, but also with the other employees. Also, when he saw that there was an issue with some thing, he made sure to talk to another employee to correct it. I’m not sure if he is in any sort of management position, but with his people skill, his knowledge and the confidence that other employees have in him, he definitely would make a great manager of some sort. I’ve been in management before and I would certainly be very happy to have him as one of my employees.

Most of the items I planned on buying were available, the store was clean and organized, and my cashier was friendly and efficient with check out. Thank you, Target of Watertown!

Zach at customer service was really awesome and informative. Went above and beyond to make sure the item I needed was indeed not in stock, and made sure I knew when it would be back. I was very pleased with my visit. Quick and easy.

Just would like to write a review about my shopping experience today.. I almost got ran over by 2 workers (host)with their carts .. On a good note Courtney saved the day by looking up what I was looking for C17 She was all ready to stop what she was in the middle of doing to help me find C17 but I knew I could do it lol Big Thank you Courtney!!! It was very appreciated!!

This target has a great layout and selection of items. Super helpful and polite staff, as well as an in store Starbucks for those early morning/long shopping trips

Convenient got a huge parking lot, clean and friendly staff.

I love Target at Watertown and Fenway and Natick. They have a great selection with excellent customer service, and a wonderful return policy. Last night Target in Watertown lost power due to a local power outage and all the customers rushed to the checkout line. A lot of them were very impatient but the employees handled it extremely well and professionally And I got out the door in time to pick up my son from guitar.

I visited this target location at around 9:30 am on February 18th 2023 to purchase cleaning products for my apartment. The store was well stocked, clean, and organized. The staff were very helpful when I asked where to find a specific item I came in looking for, and they even had a product in stock that will be very helpful in cleaning my floors that I never would have thought to look for. Overall a five star experience and I will be back as this is my favorite target location in the Boston area.

I love this target. The clearance section for men's is small but always fruitful. Can sometikes be a mess, but that's all targets now.

They suck. Place is a mess,help is low intelligence and rude. Don't shop hear. They didn't even answer the phone. Go to Walmart. Better deals and better staff. They also answer the phone

Target is a great store, not only for clothing and household items but for Groceries as well! When my wife and I compare the prices of food with that of a Star Market less than a mile away, the difference is seriously remarkable.

ADDITIONALLY, IF YOU ORDER FOOD ON THE APP FOR A SAME DAY PICK UP (ITS AS SIMPLE AS PICKING OUT THE FOOD YOU WANT ON THE APP AND CHECKING OUT. THERE ARE NO SECRET COSTS OR MEMBERSHIP FEES), TONS OF FOOD HAVE OFFERS FOR SAME DAY PICK UP ONLY.

(for example, If I wanted to buy coffee creamer at Target and the price of it is $4.19 in store....if I ordered that same item on the app, many time there are coupons for same-day order pick up. So, that same item is now $3.29 just for choosing same day order pick up)/

I enjoy Target because there are a variety of items that i can shop for. at a reasonable price. I have been pleased with their clothes at a good price. I love spending time in the personal care area as i can compare prices. I like finding decorative items for a small apartment.

I have shopped this large, comprehensively- stocked store for many years. Much of my clothing has come from here, as well as many household towels, terrific fitted bedsheets, and all manner of household paper and cleaning goods, health care items, etc. Terrific "we have everything" store. I go to straight up hardware stores like Ace/True Value for general hardware items or gardening gear, but to Target for many things. The house brand Up & Up is a reliable, quality line of all sorts of things. Example: I sometimes prefer Up & Up hand lotion, toilet paper, and some other health items to "name" brands.

Great service in the cell phone/tech area. Good advice and quick.

The cashier was amazing, friendly and personable. I work in the hospitality industry and know how hard it can be to always be on point and nice. He exceeded expectations and made me feel less guilty about dropping $300 at Target on a Monday afternoon.

Store is clean. Most of the things I had in my list was available. Checkout was quick.

This Target is huge, well stocked and organized and staff are very friendly. I recently made a purchase online for in-store pick up and it was ready quickly and the whole pick-up process was smooth and easy. A perk of this store (over other Targets) is that this location sells beer/wine.

I asked a lady named “Java (not sure 100% if I remember her name correctly)” at the self checks if I could get a spoon for my kid’s who wanted to eat yogurt at that moment. She decisively took her responsibility in a very kind way.

We were willing to wait as long as it took. We were grateful for the order pickup option. Despite the pandemic and the expected four wait hour wait time, our order was filled so quickly! Thank you Target for this option to help keep us safe.
