I couldn't say enough good things about this facility. I had an emergency with my sweet dog and needed to get her in ASAP. They were kind enough to get me in a reasonable time and help us. The whole staff was amazing. The Dr clearly loves animals and what she does. I live in Belle Fourche, but It would be worth the trip to take her. Very good care and concern for us. I appreciated it so much. It was very comforting to me. When we left, we were so glad we went there. Would do it again, in a heart beat. No hesitation.

These people are good people. I had two visits, first time was bringing in a severely emaciated cat I got off the street. Second time was a month later when I had to euthanize the same cat due to his health. They did everthing with the perfect step and tone. This is coming from a prickly person who is quick to feel affronted so that really says something impressive about the people here. Thank you for being the expamle other places should look to for guidance.

I was traveling on vacation with my dog when he had a medical condition. He was in need of medical attention so we could complete our journey home. We were near Rapid City and I opted to go with TLC Pet Hospital and couldn't have been happier with my decision. The staff understood my concerns and quickly worked us in to be seen by the vet. They showed great concern for my four legged family member. In all total, we were in and out in approximately one hour and i felt like my oet had received excellent attention and care. I was well pleased at how friendly and caring the entire staff was. Being a work in and someone they would probably never see again, they could have treated us in any manner but instead the entire staff was amazing. I even received a follow up call the next day from a staff member wanting to know how things were going. The staff at TLC absolutely are amazing

Diagnosis after testing, was correct and saved the life of My Sphynx, the Office staff was amazing, and treated my girl with much love and care, would recommend. Happy New Year.

Dr. Teets was spot on with our dogs diagnosis of Cushings disease. The med she prescribed has helped tremendously.
She and her staff are caring professionals.
She also did surgery on our little girl and took extremely good care of her. She called immediately when test results came in, we really appreciate her care.

Dr. Teets has been our vet since we moved here in 2007. She is fantastic as well as her staff. We know our four legged kids are in the best hands. Her "bedside" manner when we needed to put our 12 year old lab down was so understanding and comforting. We constantly recommend her to our friends that have pets.

I just moved to Rapid a couple months ago and I am so glad I picked TLC Pet Hospital as my new vet. My pup had been dealing with an infection for months prior to moving out here and I didn’t quite get the best care back home. I am so beyond thankful Dr Teets and the techs here cared to get to the bottom of what was going on and she was finally better and infection free shortly after they gave her the right medicine. They truly care about your pets as if they were their own. Dr Teets is super good at going into detail and explaining everything you need to know! All of the techs and assistants are absolutely wonderful but I have to give a special thank you to Carrie as she was beyond amazing with my dog and so nice and you can tell she really cares about the pets that come in. I had to laugh because I learned that dogs paws sometimes smell like Fritos and she had to let me know they all loved my dog because her paws smelt like it a lot which I find hilarious. I can’t say a single bad thing about this place or the people. My dog always goes in and out wagging her tail. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for all you do!!!

The staff are so friendly! They always are so good to our dogs - calling them by name. Dr. Teets is so knowledgeable and has always been so understanding of our concerns with our dogs. It seems like for any concern we voice, she has advice to offer. She is wonderful - as a person and as a vet.

Dr. Teets has been our family doctor for almost 20 years and she has saved the lives of two of our dogs through issues that any other vet would have considered hopeless! We feel she is part of our family; her care, concern, compassion and outstanding skills have made our pet family healthy and happy ,long after their life expectancy. She shows kindness not only to our pets but to the family, as well. She listens, she understands and she heals. Her staff is also outstanding, showing their clients are not just pets but part of a family! I could not recommend Dr. Teets and her entire clinic more highly. Right now we have an adopted beagle with pancreatitis, Cushings Disease, blind and almost deaf. But still she goes on, energetic, playful and a loyal friend. The staff here are so amazing! I brought my 2 y/o kitty here with recurring urinary issues and finally got some answers. Dr. Teets asked great questions and the staff showered my kitty with compliments :) If you’re searching for thorough and thoughtful care for your pet, this is the place to go.

I always like taking my pets here for their check up. The staff is amazing, personable and really show your pets great care. The only "downside" is that they can be a bit pricey, however, considering the service, care and overall professionalism, its worth the price. Highly recommend, 10/10, would always visit again!

Dr Teets has taken care of our fur babies for 13 years now. Her veterinary skills are amazing! Her and her team show each patient such love and care. They all are like family to us.

The veterinarian and the technician were wonderful with my Rascal. Answered all my questions and concerns. Very glad they could fit me in on short notice.

Dr Burke and her staff were truly amazing with my Beared Dragon Finn, He was really sick, she sat down and took the time to explain what care we would have to give him and came to the decision that he was already suffering and we didn't want to put him through anymore 💔. Thank you for being so kind and staying late so my husband could be there so we could say goodbye.

Dr. Teets and her staff have always taken exceptional care of both my Boxer pups. Watching the interaction between the staff and other clients, Dr. Teets and the girls at TLC pet hospital are top notch! I would recommend them hands down over anyone else in the hills!

Dr. Teets and the team at TLC are amazing! Any time something comes up with our dogs, cats or hamster, they are able to get us in quickly. I know that when my fur kids are seen by Dr. Teets they are receiving the best care possible. We can't thank her and her team enough for all they do for our family.

I went to see Dr. Teets when I was only 6 pounds and 8 weeks old. She has been taking care of me through puppyhood my teenage years and now my life as a full grown Weimaraner. I wouldn’t think of going to anybody else. The ladies in the office are great and I believe I have trained them well in the proper application of cookies that other dogs will benefit from. I can’t give a higher recommendation.

My babies have been going to see Dr. Teets and her staff for years. They are all wonderful and really care about my little ones. Love the time and attention they give each patient makes you feel like a family.
