Kohl's

I only have experience with online orders for pickup at the store. As a blue collar worker this is not my typical place to shop. I ordered some collared shirts for nice occasions, and I did an order for pickup so I wouldn't have to find the shirts on the rack. I recieved an email with instructions when it was ready to be picked up. I was to go to the pickup station and look for the bin with the number provided in the email. There were signs in the store directing me to the pickup station, which is just a large collection of bins and baskets near an aisle. My items were in the correct numbered bin, in a bag with my name on it, and the bag was tied shut so nothing could fall out but I could check the order before leaving. It was very simple and the employees were friendly.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Knows had a perfect selection of men's, women's and kids clothing. Great prices and great sales.

Stopped in to buy some Levi's. Store is always trashed and there are no sales staff or managers on the floor. The young lady at customer service was amazing and so was our cashier.

I always find what I want at Kohl's. Good selection of clothes, kitchen items, shoes and home necessities. I love it when I get 30% off. Have shopped at Kohl's since they've opened and will continue to do so.

Only place we shop for our clothes. As a seamstress I always look at all our clothing stitching. Nothing falls apart and it lasts. we also love kohls cash. Bought a few items with kohls cash at great prices. Love this place

Very nicely done, easy to find the items I am looking for.

I like Kohls products. For the most part Kohls is better than JC Penny's. Just my opinion. The one thing that irritates me is the store looks like a cyclone went threw it. I know it is because some customers are so inconsiderate. But does the store not have enough floor staff to keep stock looking nice? And it happens all year round. Sad.

Everything was clean and in its place. Customer service was great cashier Carissa explained what we had saved reminded us our coupon was good for one more day. Do to that we did thank you! You're great and seems very proud of where she works.

Never crowded, great options and prices.

Went looking for a new suit. They did not have the right size in store. They assisted me in going online and ordering to be shipped to the house. They were extremely helpful.

I work for prestige maintenance which is a company that calls hired for Porters or otherwise known as cleaners to come in and clean their department store there for I clean Kohl's 6 days a week. The staff is great, and their management is wonderful! I have had nothing but a great experience working there with all members of the staff! If there are any issues or things that need to be taken care of they let me know so I can take care of them. They are very friendly, helpful and very polite. And the fact that I work for another company that they hired to work for them and therefore don't work directly 4 the Kohls company itself, the fact that their staff, from all departments, & management or not go out of their way to let me know how appreciated I am and the improvement that they've seen since me and my coworker have been working there, & the overall genuine Thank Yous I recieve on a near Daily Basis, it's a pretty good idea on how they treat their own staff. I wood without hesitation suggest anyone looking for a great work experience where they take care of you and make sure you have adequate training, answer any and all questions and honestly value your contribution to their store as an employee and any criticism is still given in a polite manner as far as things to work on if any, Kohl's in Rapid City is the place to apply! I have never heard anyone complain about their bosses or co-workers. And everybody helps out to make sure dot stations are covered so people who are due to take a break are able to take it, and this is the first place I can honestly say that doesn't have any type of negative vibe. I have no negative feedback, as the staff at this store is absolutely amazing! And being there 6 days a week for the last couple of months I can honestly say from what I have seen everybody gets along and works to build each other up as opposed to complain or gossip about one another. I very much enjoy working here!

Awesome deals, great people. Clearance is phenomenal most of the time except for boy's clothing. I've never found an item on Clearance in their section that was even close to "Clearance." I won't pay $40 for a 12-year-old to have a t-shirt, putting it on Clearance for $36 isn't it.

That said, every other department has great deals to be found and the service is always awesome!

My favorite store in all the entire world,! It has everything. The quality is superb. Super sales constantly. Always helpful staff i love the Kohl's cash and being able to stack coupons. I dare anyone to beat my review with any other stores excellence! Their customer service and return policy no one can beat

Great place every time!

This is my favorite department store in Rapid City. The aisles are big so it's not crowded. There's a great selection of women's clothing and shoes and there's usually a sale going on. And I love the clearance racks!

One of the best places to shop in town, they have the best sales, prices, and many selections of the top name brands as well.
