We've had the pleasure in working with Matt for our vehicles and rv coverage. We were out of state initially and Matt was amazing in helping us set everything up via email and phone calls. We were in the area and had additional questions so we made an appointment and were able to meet with Matt in person the same day. Matt answered our questions and helped us in making changes and adding additional coverage that met our needs. Everyone in the office from front to back were friendly and welcoming! Top notch team!

Ben did an excellent, friendly, and professional job getting me set up for car and rental Insurance. He made it easy, affordable, and convenient. The rates were much better than what I’ve paid in the past. My home insurance with my previous company went up $500+ this year, so I was looking for a new company. Duke contacted me after starting an online quote and invited me to come to his office to discuss options for new home and auto policies. He was very helpful and explained nuances of each policy in detail. He helped me save about $220 on my combined home and auto policies and my home policy included more total coverage than the previous policy. Duke is very personable and friendly. I appreciate the fact that he conducted business face-to-face. I would highly recommend him and I want thank him for helping me save some money! I have no doubt that if I ever have any questions or concerns later on he would he would be just as helpful.

I met with Kameron Cochran by phone first. Looking for a quote. He was prompt gave me great rates and set up a meeting immediately to meet with us. We met with him. He went over everything and we were able to switch all of our autos home boat and camper over to State farm with the help of this amazing agent. I hope he never leaves there. Bruce Kitterman and Kameron made it incredibly easy to get started, and were able to answer all my questions with the new vehicle process. The dealership delayed delivery of the vehicle a few weeks but it was no issue for them to make sure the policy was kept up to date. The payment is phenomenal for the coverage and absolutely happy with my experience.

Duke did an amazing job I was hesitant to do a face to face in looking into insurance as that’s pretty much unheard of anymore at the end I was so glad we did!! He did a great job explaining each and every part of the policies beat our other insurance rates with better coverage and definitely better customer service! They even offered us a soda pop!

What a great agency. Bruce is extremely friendly and Kameron my account manager was amazing to work with. Only wish I did my insurance with them earlier. More coverage for less money. Would recommend them to everyone one!!

This office has been nothing short of helpful! I bought a new truck after my car was hailed on (total loss) and within two weeks my new truck was rear ended. I technically wasn’t covered because I hadn’t changed the policy yet but Melissa stepped up and did everything in her power to help me out dealing with claims as well as the other insurance company. Anytime I’ve gotten behind on payment Melissa has called to remind me I need to keep my policy active. If you choose this office be assured you will be in good hands especially with Melissa running the front desk.

I was in the state farm office recently to pay a bill and I asked Mellisa if it was possible to get my bills set up on auto pay, she did so without a problem and was very pleasant about doing so.
