My experience was amazing, I went to a lot of jewelry stores in the area and had almost given up on a gift. I walked into this location in south center mall and was automatically greeted with a smile from Patrick Richardson the sales person. His service was amazing and I felt glad to spend my money with him. More company’s need them a Patrick on the sales floor. This company is lucky to have him, I’m definitely going back to this location to spend more with him.

I was experiencing difficulty placing a special order from the location nearest my home, so I called the Southcenter store for help. The manager, Anna, was determined to do everything possible to solve my problem. She went above and beyond my hopes and expectations! She researched with her Regional office the best way for my order to be handled, while alerting them to my local store's problems so that they could provide assistance. Then she worked with my local store to make sure my order received proper attention. She called me repeatedly to let me know what was happening, and when. Needless to say, I was very grateful for all of her efforts. I highly recommend Helzberg in general for all of one's jewelry needs, and the Southcenter store in particular for exceptional service.
I also believe that my local store would have served me just as well, had they not been experiencing their temporary staffing problems. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. It, too, exceeds my expectations. Thank you, Southcenter Helzberg store! You have made a lifelong loyal customer!

My wife was looking for a mother's ring and I was looking for a replacement wedding band that I had lost while working in the yard. Helzberg was the only shop in the mall that was willing to spend time with us to get what we were searching for. They were genuinely focused on our needs. Prices were competitive and quality was excellent.

We had an amazing experience today with the workers in this store location! We needed my wedding ring resized and inspected. We also needed a necklace chain fixed but since they couldn't fix it they gave us a new one at no cost! We do have the care plan for these items so maybe that's why our experience was very easy. They were very polite and quick to help us! We only buy our jewelry from them because of how nice they are and every time we go back needing something they are quick to help. Every location I have visited has been a good experience.

Worked with Karen and Jason. They were both so helpful and knowledgeable. It was very low pressure and they made sure we had all of our options explained. I definitely recommend going to see them in the South Center mall!

i bought a citizen watch and warranty from them and a few weeks later my fiances dog got excited to see me and scratched the face pretty bad and i walked in and they ordered a new watch on the spot and it was there in 3 days no charge

This Helzberg's store has been our gp-to place for gifts, birthday, Christmas, anniversary, etc. The crew is really knowledgeable and friendly. The manager Anna knows our names and has been known to step in with an additional $100 discount. the store sends coupons for free gifts to my wife for her birthday and other occasions, which provide nice gifts for her family members. We make major purchases with no interest for six or twelve months. We're grateful to the staff and to this Helzberg diamonds store for many special, cherished gifts.
